Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the change in the oscillating frequency and to enable stable oscillation, by the constitution that the bias voltage of an amplifying circuit for complementary isolating gate field effect transistor for a quartz oscillator is not changed against the variation of the power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:In an amplifying circuit for complementary isolation gate field effect transistor (C-MOS), an n channel type isolation gate field effect transistor (n-NOS)11 is connected for the source to the negative side of a DC power supply, and the source of a p channel isolationg gate field effect transistor (p-MOS)12 is connected to the positive side of the DC power supply. An input sigal IN is inputted to the gate of a MOS 11 and an output signal OUT is outputted from the drain connecting point of the MOSs 11,12. The DC component of the gate of the MOSs 11,12 is interrupted with a capacitance 16, the gate bias voltage is given by the threshold voltages VTN,VTP of the n-MOS 13 and the p-MOS 14, and they are unchanged against the variation of the power supply voltage, allowing to avoid the shift of the oscillating frequency.
