Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a quartz oscillating circuit of low power consumption, by the constitution of monolithic IC for a bipolar PNP transistor (TR) of common base connected between input and output terminals of complementary connection with a bipolar PNP TR and an electrostatic induction N TR. CONSTITUTION:In a quartz oscillation circuit being a reference signal source for camera and watch etc., the emitter of a PNP TR T2 is connected to a power supply + side and the source of an electrostatic induction TR (SIT)NT1 is connected to the - power supply, the base of the TRT2, gate of the SIT T1 and the collector of the TRT2, and the drain of the SITT1 are connected to constitute a complementary amplifier, and a PNP TRT3 is connected to input and output terminals of the amplifier for the forming of bias. A resonance circuit is constituted by using capacitors C1, C2 and a quartz oscillator Q having a >=1MHz oscillation frequency. The oscillation circuit like this is constituted as monolithic IC through known methods and has high output signal with low power consumption.
