Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure a high-accuracy oscillation as well as to facilitate an easy integrated formation for the oscillator circuit of an electronic watch, by using an eleelectrostatic induction transistor at the amplifier part, connecting in series the bipolar transistors for load use to form an inverter and using the AT-cut crystal for the crystal oscillator.
