Abstract
PURPOSE:To control the width of oscillation output pulses outputted from the antiphase output terminal of a differential amplifier, by constituting a circuit with the differential amplifier, a quartz oscillator, and a feedback resistance and giving a control voltage from the external to the antiphase input terminal of this amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A quartz oscillating circuit consists of a control terminal 5 to which a control voltage for the control of the output pulse width, a differential amplifier 6 which has an antiphase input terminal 6d connected to the control terminal 5, a positive-phase input terminal 6c, a positive-phase output terminal 6a, and an antiphase output terminal 6b, a capacitor connected in series between the positive-phase output terminal 6a and the positive-phase input terminal 6c of the differential amplifier 6, a series resonance type quartz oscillator 7 connected similarly to the capacitor 8, and a feedback resistance connected between the antiphase output terminal 6b and the positive-phase input terminal 6c of the differential amplifier 6. A control voltage is given from the control terminal 5 to the antiphase input terminal 6d of te differential amplifier 6 to control the width of output pulses outputted from the antiphase output terminal 6b without using an external circuit.
