Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a stable oscillation with a low level of electric power, by installing a coupling capacitor which is formed into an IC to the inside of an amplifier between the input/output side of an amplifier of a C-MOS inverter or the like that constitutes an oscillating circuit. CONSTITUTION:An oscillating circuit consists of a quartz oscillator 15, oscillating capacitors 36 and 37, and a C-MOS inverter or its subject amplifying circuit. For instance, coupling capacitors 39 and 38 are provided at the output and input sides of a C-MOS inverter 30 comprising a p channel transistor 31, an n channel transistor 32, a feedback resistance 34 and a drain resistance 33 to be formed into an IC along with the inverter 30. As a result, the necessary electric power is reduced to increase the resistance to the external evil effect and evil environment. Thus a highly stable and reliable oscillating circuit is obtained to be suitably applied to a watch.
