Abstract
PURPOSE:To support a vibrator with its adhesion area reduced either by inserting a support line with its tip conic into holes formed in both surfaces of the vibrator or by holding the vibrator by forming thin films of a magnetic material on both the surface of the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:By photo lithography, main vibrator body 21 and electrode 22 are formed, which are supported with support line 23 with its tip conic. Further, a hole of approximate 100mum in diameter is formed by photo lithography at the same time as the main vibrator body. This small hole will not penetrate since the etching speed is extremely low. Into this hole, the pointed tip of support body 32 plated with solder is inserted and adhered with solder 33 by being heated. In this method, the tight support with small adhesion area can be attained. On the surfce of electrode 42, magnetic-material thin film 42 is formed by sputtering and support line 44 is fixed by magnetic adsorption force. This method makes it possible to select the area of the magnetic material freely and the reduction of the area can be simplified. In addition, tight support can be realized by using more ferromagnetic material.
