Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.低真空創傷部ドレナージシステムにおいて、 容器からの真空の解放を許可/防止するためのオン/オフ手段と、前記オン/ オフ手段がオン位置にあるとき、前記容器と創傷部ドレナージラインとの間に真 空経路を提供するように前記創傷部ドレナージラインを接続するための接続手段 とを備える高真空容器を有し、前記システムがさらに、前記接続手段を介して前 記真空容器に着脱自在に接続されるために適当な前記創傷部ドレナージラインを 含み、前記ラインの患者側にて吸引を行い、調整バルブが着脱自在な前記創傷部 ドレナージラインに組み込まれ、前記調整バルブは、前記ラインが前記容器に装 着されているときに前記ライン内の真空を連続的に調整するために動作し、前記 ラインの患者側にて、真空度を下げることを特徴とする低真空創傷部ドレナージ システム。 2.前記バルブがバルブ本体内に滑動自在に配置され、ばねにより保持されるバ ルブスプールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低真空創傷部ドレナージ システム。 3.低真空創傷部ドレナージシステムにおいて、 排液口及び接続手段を備える高真空容器と、前記接続手段を介して前記容器の 前記排液口に、一方の端部で適切に接続され、他方では患者側端部にて吸引を行 う創傷部ドレナージラインとを有し、調整バルブが連続的に前記創傷部ドレナー ジライン内の真空を調整し、患者側端部にて真空度を下げ、また前記バルブがバ ルブ本体及び前記バルブ本体内に滑動自在に位置するバルブスプールを備え、前 記スプールが交互動作のために搭載及び配置されるばねであり、前記ライン内に て連続的な調整を行うために前記バルブを周期的に開閉することを特徴とする低 真空創傷部ドレナージシステム。 4.前記低真空創傷部ドレナージシステムがさらに、 前記ばねの復元力に抗して、所定位置内に前記バルブスプールを適切に押し込 むための始動ピンを有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至3に記載の低真空創傷 部ドレナージシステム。 5.前記始動ピンが、前記バルブスプールの端部にて係合する鍵の形状であるこ とを特徴とする請求項4に記載の低真空創傷部ドレナージシステム。 6.前記始動ピンが、その所定位置内にて前記ピンを保持するための着脱自在な 固定手段を有することを特徴とする請求項4乃至5に記載の低真空創傷部ドレナ ージシステム。 7.前記バブル本体が患者側ポート及び高真空側ポートを有し、前者が患者側に 引出される創傷部ドレナージチューブ部分に接続され、後者が高真空容器に引出 される創傷部ドレナージチューブ部分に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に 記載の低真空創傷部ドレナージシステム。 8.前記ばねの復元力及び前記スプールの一方の端部上で作用する患者側ライン 内圧力による力が、前記患者側ライン内の真空が所定の低真空であるとき、前記 スプールの他端に対して作用する外部大気圧による力に等しくなるように、前記 バルブスプールの断面積及び前記ばね復元力が選択されることを特徴とする請求 項2或いは請求項2の任意の従属項のいずれかに記載の低真空創傷部ドレナージ システム。 9.前記ばねの復元力に抗する前記本体内の前記スプールの動作が、前記バルブ 本体の内部から高真空側ポートを遮断するように、それ故前記高真空源から前記 バルブの前記患者側ラインまでの経路を遮断するように、前記高真空ポートが前 記本体の側面において与えられることを特徴とする請求項2或いは請求項2の任 意の従属項のいずれかに記載の低真空創傷部ドレナージシステム。 10.前記患者側ライン内の真空が所定のレベルになるとき、前記ばね復元力が スプールの反対側に作用する外部大気圧に抗して動作し始めるように、前記ばね 定数が選択され、前記高真空源から前記患者側ラインへの真空度の下げ幅を制御 することを特徴とする請求項2或いは請求項2の任意の従属項のいずれかに記載 の低真空創傷部ドレナージシステム。 11.前記バルブスプールと前記バルブ本体との間に配置される封止手段を有す ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10に記載の低真空創傷部ドレナージシステム 。 12.前記封止手段が、O−リング及びリップシール(feather-tip)構成の組 み合わせからなる封止材であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の低真空創傷 部ドレナージシステム。 13.高真空容器に適切に接続される第1の部分及び創傷部に当てられる第2の 部分を有する可撓性創傷部ドレナージチューブであって、前記高真空容器から前 記第1の部分にて与えられる真空度より低い真空度を前記第2の部分にて連続し て提供するために作用する調整バルブを介して、前記第1の部分及び第2の部分 が相互に接続されることを特徴とする可撓性創傷部ドレナージチューブ。
