Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 入力信号を生成するための信号源と、 前記入力信号と補正信号とを再結合することにより、合成信号を形成するため の再結合段と、 前記合成信号を局部発振器の第1振動とミキシングするための第1ミキサ段と 、 前記第1ミキサ段によって生成される信号を増幅するための電力増幅段と、 前記電力増幅段の出力信号の一部を出力結合信号として結合出力するための結 合器と、 前記出力結合信号を前記局部発振器の第2振動とミキシングすることによって 、前記出力結合信号から前記補正信号を誘導するための第2ミキサ段を備えてい るフィードバック路と、 前記電力増幅段の前記出力信号の包絡曲線に対応する包絡曲線信号を生成する ための包絡曲線検波段と、 前記局部発振器の前記振動の少なくとも一方の位相位置を調整するための位相 調整段と、 を含んでいる、カルテシアン増幅器を備えている回路装置であって、 −前記包絡曲線信号を受信するための入力と、 −前記局部発振器の前記振動の少なくとも一方の位相位置を調整するた めの調整信号が前記位相調整段に与えられる調整出力と、 −測定振動を生成するための変調出力と、 −前記局部発振器の前記振動の一方の位相位置を前記測定振動により変 調するための変調段と、 を有する制御回路を備え、 この制御回路は、前記局部発振器の前記振動の少なくとも一方の位相位置を前 記調整信号によって調整することにより、前記測定振動による変調から生じる信 号部分を、前記包絡曲線信号から最小にするものである、 ことを特徴とする回路装置。 2. 前記制御回路が、前記測定振動による変調から生じる前記信号部分を前 記包絡曲線信号から分離するための、その入力に接続された高域通過フィルタを 備えている、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の回路装置。 3. 前記制御回路が、前記包絡曲線信号を評価し、かつ、前記測定振動およ び前記調整信号を生成するためのデジタル・スイッチング手段を備えている、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の回路装置。 4. 前記包絡曲線信号が、前記カルテシアン増幅器の動作パラメータ、およ び、チューニング操作の少なくとも一方をさらに制御するために同時に使用され る、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか1項に記載の回路装 置。 5. 前記測定振動が、あらかじめ定めることができる時間間隔の間に生成さ れ、当該時間間隔の間に、前記信号源が、あらかじめ定められた時間遅延で入力 信号を生成し、かつ、 この時間間隔の範囲外において、このまさに時間間隔内に到達した前記調整信 号の値が前記制御回路によって保持される、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか1項に記載の回路装 置。 6. 前記入力信号が、前記信号源によりカルテシアン信号成分の形で供給さ れ、かつ、 前記再結合段および前記ミキサが、これらのまたは当該信号成分のための異な る信号路を有する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか1項に記載の回路装 置。 7. 請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか1項に記載の回路装置を備えて いる送信装置。 8. 請求の範囲第7項に記載の送信装置を備えている移動無線装置。
