Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 中空繊維状膜を成形するように溶融したポリマーを押出装置へ通す、ポ リマー中空繊維状膜を製造する方法において、ポリマーに圧力をかけて形成した 溶融物を押出装置の押出具の内部へ入れる前にガスを付着させ、ポリマーが前記 押出装置から出る際に生じる圧力低下とこれに伴つて緩やかに起こるポリマーの 内部のガスの膨張とにより、多孔性の中空繊維状膜が成形されることを特徴とす る、ポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 2. 前記押出装置の内部でガスを付着させたポリマーを軟化点よりも高い温 度に加熱する、請求項1に記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 3. 前記押出装置の内部での無定形(非晶質)ポリマーの温度をそのガラス 遷移温度よりも高くする、請求項2に記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 4. 前記押出装置の内部での結晶質ポリマーの温度をその融点よりも高くす る、請求項2に記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 5. 前記ポリマーがポリマー混合物である、請求項1〜4の少くとも1つに 記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 6. 前記ポリマーへのガスの付着を前記押出装置の前段に接続されたオート クレーブの内部で行う、請求項1〜5の少くとも1つに記載のポリマー中空繊維 状膜の製造方法。 7. ポリマーにガスを付着させる処理を前記押出装置の内部で行う、請求項 1〜6の少くとも1つに記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 8. 前記押出装置から出た中空繊維状膜を大きさを変更するために延伸する 、請求項1〜7の少くとも1つに記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 9. 前記中空繊維状膜を延伸する工程で中空繊維状膜を熱処理する、請求項 8の少くとも1つに記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 10. 前記押出工程で中空繊維状膜の内部に成形される空孔に、内側壁層を 変更するために第2のガスおよび/またはガス混合物を当てる、請求項1〜9の 少くとも1つに記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造方法。 11. ポリマーに当たるガスおよび/またはガス混合物と、中空繊維状膜に 内側から当たる第2のガスおよび/またはガス混合物との、組成および/または 圧力を異ならせる、請求項10の少くとも1つに記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の 製造方法。 12. ポリマーの前記押出工程で、多数の異なるポリマーおよび/またはポ リマー混合物を、中空繊維状膜の横断面に空孔分布の差をつけるために同時に押 出しする、請求項5〜11の少くとも1つに記載のポリマー中空繊維状膜の製造 方法。 13. 人間・動物の医療分野や生物・環境工学的分野で使用する、請求項1 〜12の少くとも1つの方法により製造された中空繊維状膜。 14. 透析、限外濾過、精密濾過、ガス透過に使用する、請求項1〜13の 少くとも1つの方法により製造された中空繊維状膜。
