Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.スイッチング機構(1)を有する電気機械式接続器にして、前記スイッチ ング機構が給電接触子(12)を経て電流源へ接続され、作動磁石(5)を展列 し、閉じた組立体としてハウジング(3)内に配置され、かつ、引き外し磁石( 17)を展列しかつ消費側へ電気的に接続されている引き外し機構(2)へ接続 され、前記引き外し機構により、作動磁石(5)が保持力に抗して窮し位置から 動作位置へ移行され、その過程で、数組の接触子(14,18)の接触、従って 、スイッチング機構(1)と引き外し機構(2)との間の接続が形成され、作動 の特定の磁界を生成するため、作動磁石(5)が引き外し機構(2)に配置され た引き外し磁石(7)と特別の符号付けにより協働し、スイッチング機構(1) のハウジング(3)が引き外し機構(2)と対面している側に接地リング(6) を備えている前記電気機械式接続器において:複数の作動磁石(5)がセグメン トとして作動スライド(4)の外周領域に相互に間隔をおいて配置され、反対極 性の同数の引き外し磁石(17)が同様にセグメントとして引き外し機構(2) の作動磁石(5)と同じ円周領域に配置されていることを特徴とする前記電気機 械式接続器。 2.請求項1に記載の電気機械式接続器において:作 動磁石(5)と引き外し磁石(17)とが環状セグメントとして構成されている ことを特徴とする前記電気機械式接続器。 3.請求項1または2に記載の電気機械式接続器において:作動スライド(4 )が少なくとも略円形の形で構成されていることを特徴とする前記電気機械式接 続器。 4.請求項2または3に記載の電気機械式接続器において:複数の、好適には 四つの、それぞれNとSの極を展列しているセグメントの群がスイッチング機構 (1)と引き外し機構(2)の円周に分布して配置されていることを特徴とする 前記電気機械式接続器。 5.請求項4に記載の電気機械式接続器において:各セグメントが異なる極性 の磁石(5,17)を有する四角形のセグメントとして構成されていることを特 徴とする前記電気機械式接続器。 6.請求項5に記載の電気機械式接続器において:セグメントが180°対称 のN−S交互組み合わせで配置されていることを特徴とする前記電気機械式接続 器。 7.請求項6に記載の電気機械式接続器において:各四角形の群が二つのN極 とS極のセグメントから構成しており、SとN極がそれぞれ円周方向へ放射状に 向かい合っていることを特徴とする前記電気機械式接続器。 8.請求項6に記載の電気機械式接続器において:スイッチング機構(1)と 引き外し機構(2)の円周上に 分布して配置されていることを特徴とする前記電気機械式接続器。 9.請求項1〜8の請求項に記載の電気機械式接続器において:数組の接触子 (14,18)がハウジングの中央部と作動磁石(5)との間のハウジングの領 域に少なくともほぼ配置されており、導電性架橋(13)が数組の接触子(14 ,18)と給電接触子(12)との間の接触のために作動スライド(4)上に形 成されていることを特徴とする前記電気機械式接続器。 10.請求項1〜9の請求項に記載の電気機械式接続器において:接続状態に おいて、作動磁石(5)と引き外し磁石(17)とが接地リング(6)と接触し ていることを特徴とする前記電気機械式接続器。 11.請求項1〜10の請求項に記載の電気機械式接続器において:給電接触 子(12)がハウジングの中央部と作動磁石(5)との間のハウジング(3)の 領域に少なくともほぼ配置され、架橋(13)が導電性支持体として作動スライ ド(4)に構成されていることを特徴とする前記電気機械式接続器。 12.請求項1〜11の請求項に記載の電気機械式接続器において:接地リン グ(6)が作動磁石(5)の誘導リングとして構成され、その側方の環状壁がハ ウジングの内部へ突出し、作動磁石(5)を遊びを付けて囲んでいることを特徴 とする前記電気機械式接続器。 13.請求項1〜12の請求項に記載の電気機械式接続器において:数組の接 触子が接触ビン(14,18)をスイッチング機構(1)と引き外し機構(2) 内に展列し、非接触状態において、引き外し機構(2)の接触ビン(18)がス イッチング機構(1)に対面している側から突出し、引き外し機構(2)に弾性 的に取り付けられていることを特徴とする前記電気機械式接続器。
