Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)第1のバルブと、 (b)前記第1のバルブと同一平面上にない第2のバルブと、 (c)前記第1のバルブに流体的に接続されており、第1の流体を流体的に導く 第1の流体輸送管路と、 (d)前記第2のバルブに流体的に接続されており、第2の流体を流体的に導く 第2の流体輸送管路と、 (e)前記第1のバルブおよび前記第2のバルブと同一平面上になく、該第1の バルブおよび該第2のバルブに流体的に接続された第3の流体輸送管路とを備え ており、 前記第1のバルブは、前記第1の流体が前記第1の流体輸送管路および前記第 3の流体輸送管路間を流れる第1の位置と、該第1の流体が該第1の流体輸送管 路および該第3の流体輸送管路間を流れない第2の位置との間で作動することが でき、 前記第2のバルブは、前記第2の流体が前記第2の流体輸送管路および前記第 3の流体輸送管路間を流れる第1の位置と、該第2の流体が該第2の流体輸送管 路および該第3の流体輸送管路間を流れない第2の位置との間で作動することが できるバ ルブ構造。 2.前記第3の流体輸送管路が、所望の流体量に対応する用に予め決定された寸 法を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載のバルブ構造。 3.(f)前記第1のバルブ、第2のバルブおよび第3の流体輸送管路と同一平 面上になく、前記第3の流体輸送管路と流体的に接続された第4の流体輸送管路 をさらに備えている請求の範囲第1項に記載のバルブ構造。 4.前記第3の流体輸送管路が約0.5μlの容量を含んでいる請求の範囲第1 項に記載のバルブ構造。 5.(a)第1の流体を導く第1の流体輸送管路と、 (b)前記第1の流体輸送管路に流体的に接続された第1のバルブであって、前 記第1の流体が該第1のバルブを通って流れる第1の位置と、該第1の流体が該 第1のバルブを通って流れない第2の位置との間で作動することができる前記第 1のバルブと、 (c)第2の流体を導く第2の流体輸送管路と、 (d)前記第1のバルブと同一平面上になく、前記第2の流体輸送管路に流体的 に接続された第2のバルブであって、前記第 2の流体が該第2のバルブを通って流れる第1の位置と、該第2の流体が該第2 のバルブを通って流れない第2の位置との間で作動することができる前記第2の バルブと、 (e)前記第1のバルブおよび前記第2のバルブと同一平面上になく、前記第1 の流体および前記第2の流体の少なくとも一方を導くべく該第1のバルブおよび 該第2のバルブの両方に流体的に接続された第3の流体輸送管路とを備えている バルブ構造。 6.前記第3の流体輸送管路が、所望の流体量に対応するように予め決定された 寸法を有する請求の範囲第5項に記載のバルブ構造。 7.(f)前記第1のバルブ、前記第2のバルブおよび前記第3の流体輸送管路 と同一平面上になく、該第3の流体輸送管路と流体的に接続された第4の流体輸 送管路をさらに備えている請求の範囲第5項に記載のバルブ構造。 8.前記第3の流体輸送管路が約0.5μlの容量を含んでいる請求の範囲第5 項に記載のバルブ構造。 9.(a)第1の端部および第2の端部を有する第1の流体輸送管路と、 (b)前記第1の流体輸送管路の第1の端部に流体的に接続された第1のバルブ であって、流体が該第1の流体輸送管路および該第1のバルブ間を流れる第1の 位置と、流体が該第1の流体輸送管路および該第1のバルブ間を流れない第2の 位置との間で作動することができる前記第1のバルブと、 (c)前記第1のバルブと同一平面上になく、前記第1の流体輸送管路の第2の 端部に流体的に接続された第2のバルブであって、流体が該第1の流体輸送管路 および該第2のバルブ間を流れる第1の位置と、流体が該第1の流体輸送管路お よび該第2のバルブ間を流れない第2の位置との間で作動することができる第2 のバルブとを備えているバルブ構造。 10.(d)前記第1のバルブに流体的に接続された第2の流体輸送管路であっ て、該第1のバルブがその第1の位置にあるときに流体が前記第1の流体輸送管 路および該第2の流体輸送管路間を流れる前記第2の流体輸送管路をさらに備え ている請求の範囲第9項に記載のバルブ構造。 11.(d)前記第2のバルブに流体的に接続された第2の流体輸送管路であっ て、該第2のバルブがその第1の位置にあるときに流体が前記第1の流体輸送管 路および該第2の流体輸送 管路間を流れる前記第2の流体輸送管路をさらに備えている請求の範囲第9項に 記載のバルブ構造。 12.(d)前記第1の流体輸送管路に流体的に接続された第2の流体輸送管路 であって、流体が該第1の流体輸送管路および該第2の流体輸送管路間を流れる 前記第2の流体輸送管路をさらに備えている請求の範囲第9項に記載のバルブ構 造。
