Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.舗装路面表示組成物であって、スルホン酸側基またはその塩を含む少なく とも1つの非末端アリーレン基またはアルキレン基を骨格に含むスルホポリ(エ ステル−ウレタン)ポリマーを含み、該舗装路面表示組成物のポリマーは加水分 解され得る少なくとも1つのシリル基が末端であり、核組成物は、場合に応じて 、顔科、光学素子、耐横滑り粒子、フィラー、増量剤および水性媒体のうちのす くなくとも1つをさらに含む、舗装路面表示組成物。 2.前記ポリ(エステル−ウレタン)は70重量パーセントまでの量が含有さ れ、前記氷性媒体は前記組成物の30重重パーセントを含み、前記組成物は50 0乃至12,000g/当量の範囲のスルホン酸塩当量を有する請求項1記載の 舗装路面表示組成物。 3.式IまたはIVおよびその加水分解産物を有し、 式Iが (式中、 Rは3価脂肪族基または芳香族基で、Mはカチオンであり、 各R1は独立に、100乃至2,000の範囲の数平均分子量を有するアルキ レン基またはシクロアルキレン基、または100乃至2,000の範囲の分子量 を有し、炭素原子と、水素原子と、窒素原子および非過酸化酸素原子の一方また は両方とを含むポリマー残基であり、 各R2は独立に、アルキレン基、シクロアルキレン基またはアリーレン基で あり、 各Xは独立にO、SまたはNR4で、各R4は独立に、低級アルキル基、水素 または該X基に結合するアルキレン基であり、 mは整数0乃至10であり、 各Zは独立に (式中、RおよびR1は先に規定されるものであり、 各R5は独立にアルキレン基であってもよく、 pは0、1または2であり、 nは整数1乃至15である)から選択され、 各R3は独立にアルキレン基であり、 各Yは独立にO、SまたはNR6で、R6は低級アルキル基、水素原子または R3Si(Q)p(OQ)3-pで、R3とpとは先に規定されるものであり、各Qは 、独立に、水素原子または炭素数1乃至4の低級アルキル基であり、ただし少な くとも1つのOQはアルコキシ基であるものとする)であり、 式IVが (式中、 各Wは独立に、 または 単結合であり、 式中、R、R1、R2、R3、M、Q、X、Z、pおよびmは先に規定される ) である、 請求項1または2記載の舗装路面表示組成物。 4.前記加水分解産物が式I'とIV'を有し、 式I'が であり、 式IV'が (式中、 各Q'は独立に、水素原子または炭素数1乃至4の低級アルキル基であっても よく、ただし少なくとも1つのOQは水酸基であるもの とし、 R、R1、R2、R3、M、X、Y、Z、W、mおよびpは先に規定されるもの である) である、 請求項3記載の舗装路面表示組成物。 5.請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の組成物と、少なくとも1種の顔料の 有効量と、場合に応じて、光学素子、耐横滑り粒子、フィラーおよび増量剤のう ちの少なくとも1種とを含む水性分散物を含み、該分散物が、場合に応じて、ミ クロ流動体化方法を使用して製造される舗装路面表示ペイント。 6.前記水性媒体が除去された請求項5記載の舗装路面表示ペイント。 7.舗装物に、請求項5記載の舗装路面表示ペイントを塗布するステップと、 場合に応じて、前記舗装路面表示ペイントを乾燥するステップと を含む方法。 8.前記ポリマーを前記舗装物に塗布した後に、光学素子を前記分散物に添加 するステップをさらに含む請求項7記載の方法。 9.請求項3または4記載の式IおよびI'の少なくとも一方を有する舗装路 面表示組成物を製造するための方法であって、 (a)式II (式中、Rは3価脂肪族基または芳香族基で、Mはカチオンであり、 各R1は独立に、100乃至2,000の範囲の数平均分子量を有するアルキ レン基またはシクロアルキレン基、または100乃至2,000の範囲の分子量 を有し、炭素原子と、水素原子と、窒素原子および非過酸化酸素原子の一方また は両方とを含むポリマー残基であり、 各R2は独立に、アルキレン基、シクロアルキレン基またはアリーレン基で あり、 各Xは独立にO、SまたはNR4で、各R4は独立に、低級アルキル基、水素 原子または他のX単位のアルキレン架橋基であり、 各Zは独立に (式中、RおよびR1は先に規定されるものであり、 各R5は独立にアルキレン基であり、 pは0、1または2であり、 mは整数0乃至10である)から選択される) のイソシアネート末端スルホポリ(エステル−ウレタン)と、式III HYR3Si(Q)p(OQ)3-p III (式中、各R3は独立にアルキレン基であり、 各Yは独立にO、SまたはNR6で、R6は低級アルキル基、水素原子または R3Si(Q)p(OQ)3-pで、R3は先に規定されるものであり、各Qは、独立に、水素原 子または炭素数1乃至4の低級アルキル基であり、ただし、少なくとも1つのO Qはアルコキシ基であるものとし、pは先に規定されるものである) の加水分解され得る求核シラン剤とを反応させて、1)式I (式中、R、M、R2、R1、X、Z、Y、R3、Q、mおよびpは先に規定され るものである) の前記シリル末端スルホポリ(エステル−ウレタン)または2)ポリマー伸長ま たは分岐が生じた、式Iに関連する式を有するシリル末端スルホポリ(エステル −ウレタン)を製造するステップを含む方法。 10.請求項3または4記載の式IVおよびIV'の少なくとも一方を有する 舗装路面表示組成物を製造するための方法であって、 (a)式V (式中、R、R1、R2、M、X、Zおよびmは先に規定されるものである)のヒ ドロキシ基、アミノ基またはチオール基末端スルホポリ(エステル−ウレタン) と、式VIa,VIbおよびVIc (式中、R3、Qおよびpは先に規定されるものである) のいずれかを有する加水分解され得る求電子シラン剤とを反応させ て、1)式IV (式中、各Wは、独立に、 または、単結合であり、R、R1、R2、R3、M、Q、X、Z、pおよびmは先 に規定されるものである) の前記シリル末端スルホポリ(エステル−ウレタン)または2)多官能性求核剤 との反応の結果、ポリマー伸長または分岐が生じた、式IVに関連する式を有す るシリル末端スルホポリ(エステル−ウレタン)を製造するステップを含む方法 。
