Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第1及び第2のそれぞれの、しかも異なる圧力を排出する第1及び第2の 空気圧力源(D、A)を用いている空気圧ブレーキブースタ装置であって、この 装置が、 − 剛性ケーシング(3)と、 − 剛性ケーシングを密封形態に少なくともふたつの部屋(3a、3b)に分 割し、その第1の部屋(3a)が第1の圧力源(D)に接続されている少なくと もひとつの可動壁(4)と、 − 可動壁に連結されかつケーシング内を密封形態でスライドする少なくとも 部分的に円筒形の壁(51)を表わしている空気圧ピストン(5)と、 − 空気圧ピストンの内側をスライドできるように装備されたプランジャー( 8)と、 − 第2の部屋(3b)をふたつの圧力源(D、A)のいずれか一方に選択的 に接続するために、そして可動壁(4)を圧力差に選択的にさらすためにプラン ジャーによって操作され、この弁が、管状の遮断部材(70)と、プランジャー (8)に連結された第1シート(71)及び第1シートの外側でピストン(5) に連結された第2シート(72)を含んでいるふたつの環状シートとを包含し、 遮断部材(70)が、プランジャー(8)により動作させられた時軸方向に移動 できかつふたつのシート(71、72)のいずれか一方と相互作用することがで きる動作面(73)を表わしている三方弁(7)と、そして、 − ピストン(5)の壁(51)の内面(510)と遮断部材(70)との間 を気密形態で範囲を定められ、空気圧ピストン(5)に形成されかつ第2シート (72)に向けて接触させられた遮断部材(70)の動作面(73)によって第 1の部屋(3a)から分離された、永久的に第2の部屋(3b)と連通する補償 体積(74)と、を包含するものにおいて、 ふたつのシート(71、72)に面している弁(7)の動作面(73)が連続 する気密面を表わし、そして補償体積(74)と第2の部屋(3b)との間の通 路(52)が空気圧ピストン(5)の円筒状の壁(51)に直接穿設されたこと を特徴とする空気圧ブースタ装置。 2. 補償体積(74)と第2の部屋(52)との間の通路(52)が空気圧ピ ストン(5)の円筒状の壁(51)のより大きな厚さの部分(S)の軸方向の穿 設よりなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブースタ装置。
