Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.貫通する管腔部を提供し、外周部と遠位環帯を有する弁オリフィスハウジ ング、 前記オリフィスハウジングに結合され、開放位置と、管腔内を通過する血流を 実質的に阻止する閉塞位置との間を移動できる少なくとも1つの咬合器、 前記ハウジングと一体であり、ハウジングの外周にそって突出しているリム、 前記ハウジングを心臓の組織環帯の近位部に結合させるための、前記リムに結 合された縫合カフ、及び 前記リムと前記遠位環帯との間の、前記ハウジングの外周部に規定され、組織 環帯内に突出し、前記組織環帯とおおむね適合することによって、前記リムと前 記縫合カフが実質的に前記ハウジングの管腔面積を制限しないようにする遠位唇 状開口部を備えた、患者心臓の組織環帯に生体心臓弁の代りに移植される人工心 臓弁。 2.前記縫合カフが回転可能な形で前記弁ハウジングと結合されている請求項 1の人工心臓弁。 3.前記管腔部の直径が、前記遠位唇状開口部の直径のおよそ85%より大き い請求項1の人工心臓弁。 4.前記リムが前記弁ハウジングにスティフネスを提供する請求項1の人工心 臓弁。 5.前記人工心臓弁が動脈心臓弁の移植に適している請求項1の 人工心臓弁。 6.前記人工心臓弁は僧帽弁の移植に適している請求項1の人工心臓弁。 7.第2の唇状開口部をさらに有し、前記人工心臓弁が僧帽弁と動脈心臓弁と の両方の移植に適している請求項1の人工心臓弁。 8.前記オリフィスハウジングが熱分解性カーボンあるいは熱分解性カーボン の合金より作られた請求項1の人工心臓弁。 9.前記弁オリフィスハウジングが、耐久性を有し、かつ血液適合性を有する 材料の被覆あるいはフィルムを含む請求項1の人工心臓弁。 10.前記弁オリフィスハウジングの周囲に沿って突出する第2の一体化した リム、および 前記弁オリフィスハウジングと前記リムの間とにほぼ順応し、前記縫合カフの 上に締め付けられるのに好適であり、それによって前記縫合カフを前記弁オリフ ィスハウジングに固定する円周型リングをさらに備えた請求項1の人工心臓弁。 11.前記リムと前記縫合カフとに結合され、縫合カフを前記リムに固定する リングをさらに備えた請求項1の人工心臓弁。 12.前記リングがスプリングクリップを備えた請求項11の人工心臓弁。 13.前記リングが前記縫合カフの上に締め付けられた請求項11の人工心臓 弁。 14.前記ハウジングの外周に沿って突出し、前記ハウジングと一体に構成さ れた第2リムを備えた請求項1の人工心臓弁。 15.前記リムが放射方向の高さhを有し、ハウジングにスティフネスを提供 する請求項14の人工心臓弁。 16.前記リムの間に設置される縫合カフを人工心臓弁に結合する手段を含み 、前記結合手段の外径が前記リムの外径よりも小さい請求項15の人工心臓弁。 17.前記リムの1つが少なくとも2つのリムセグメントに分割され、前記リ ム間への前記縫合カフの装着を容易にしている請求項14の人工心臓弁。 18.前記縫合カフの前記ハウジングへの結合を維持するための、前記縫合カ フ内の連続リングを備えた請求項17の人工心臓弁。 19.前記リムの間に規定されたV字型の溝を備えた請求項14の人工心臓弁 。
