Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも約80%がガラス質であり、式:CraFebSicBdMoeNi 残余(式中、下付き文字a、b、c、d及びeは原子%で表し、aは約9.5〜 約16.5、bは0〜約5、cは約10〜約15、dは約6〜約7、eは0〜約 5であり、残余はニッケルと付随不純物である)により定義される組成から主に 構成される急速固化鑞付け用合金。 2.少なくとも約960℃の固相線と少なくとも約1090℃から約1250℃ の液相線をもつ請求項1に記載の鑞付け用合金。 3.請求項1に記載の合金から形成された均質延性鑞付け用箔。 4.鉄0〜約5原子%、クロム約9.5〜約16.5原子%、ケイ素約10〜約 15原子%、ホウ素約6〜約7原子%、モリブデン0〜約5原子%、残余本質的 にニッケルと付随不純物から主に構成される請求項1に記載の合金。 5.約20μm〜90μmの厚さをもつ請求項3に記載の鑞付け用箔。 6.(a)鉄0〜約5原子%、クロム約9.5〜約16.5原子%、ケイ素約1 0〜約15原子%、ホウ素約6〜約7原子%、モリブデン0〜約5原子%、残余 本質的にニッケルと付随不純物から主に構成される組成の溶融物を形成し、少な くとも約105℃/秒の速度で移動チル表面で溶融物を急冷して均質延性鑞付け 用箔を製造する段階と、 (b)前記鑞付け用フィラー金属をベース金属部材間にはさんでアセンブリを形 成する段階と、 (c)前記鑞付け用フィラー金属の液相線温度よりも約50℃高い温度までアセ ンブリを加熱し、鑞付け中に形成される金属間脆性相を溶解させるために十分な 時間この温度に保持した後、約1000℃まで冷却し、前記構造の鑞付け後のア ニーリングに十分な時間この温度に保持する段階と、 (d)鑞付け構造を提供すべくアセンブリを冷却する段階を含む方法により製造 される鑞付け品。 7.200MPaを上回る強度の鑞付け接合部をもつ請求項6に記載の鑞付け品 。 8.脆性金属間相を実質的に含まない鑞付け部をもつ鑞付け品。 9.前記金属間相が主に、まず前記鑞付け用フィラー金属の結晶化により形成さ れ、その後鑞付け中に前記ベース金属部材中に溶解した遷移金属のホウ化物及び ケイ化物である請求項8に記載の鑞付け品。
