- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)管で結ばれた2つの体外装置、第1体外装置および第2体外装置、 (b)第1体外装置に血液が入る前に体外血液循環中にヘパリンの正確にコント ロールされた流れを導く手段(第2装置は、ヘパリンと結合するために、バイオ 適合性ポリマー・マトリックスに共有結合的に固定されたアンチトロンビンIII を含有し、この装置は、戻る血液からヘパリンが実質的に除去されるように、第 1装置と生体への血液の帰路との間に置かれる)を含む全血液の体外処理システ ム。 2.該バイオ適合性マトリックスがアガロース、セルロース、デキストラン、 ポリスチレン、ポリエステルスルホン、PVDE、エチレンビニルアルコール、 ポリカルボネート、ポリエーテル、ポリエーテルカルボネート、変性セルロース 、セルロースアセテート、ポリ乳酸、ナイロンまたはポリウレタンからなる群よ り選択される、請求項1のシステム。 3.該ポリマー・マトリックスが膜の形態である、請求項1のシステム。 4.該ポリマー・マトリックスが大きい粒子の形態である、請求項1のシステ ム。 5.大きい粒子の大きさが約300μm以上である、請求項4のシステム。 6.該大きい粒子ポリマー・マトリックスがそれに結合する反応性基を有する 、請求項5のシステム。 7.反応性基がアルデヒド、ヒドロキシル、チオール、カルボキシルおよびア ミノ基からなる群より選ばれる、請求項6のシステム。 8.(1)人口心肺装置および血液透析ユニットからなる群より選ばれる装置 、 (2)ヘパリン血を受けるために該装置に連絡する出口、 (3)血液適合性の材質で形成され、血液からのヘパリンを除去するためにそ こに固定されたアンチトロンビンIIIを有する支持体マトリックス、この支持体 マトリックスは出口からヘパリン化血液を受ける、および (4)実質的にヘパリンを含まない血液を生体に再導入するための手段 を含む、全血液を処理するための体外装置。
