Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.動圧型流体膜スラスト軸受けであって、 平坦な上面を有する環状のトロイダル形状の部材に形成された単一の部材と、 前記平坦面上に周方向に間隔を置いて配置された相対する側縁を有する複数の緩 衝用フォイルと、前記相対する側縁の一方を前記平坦な上面に取着し且つ前記相 対する側縁の他方が軸方向に動くのを可能とする手段とから形成されたフォイル プレートと、 前記フォイルプレートの上に配置された平坦なワッシャー形状の部材に形成さ れたトップフォイルであって、前記ワッシャー部材の内径から前記ワッシャー部 材の外径まで延在し且つ前記フォイルプレートへと向かって突出した周方向に間 隔を置いて形成された半径方向窪みを有する該トップフォイルとを有し、 前記トップフォイルは上面と下面とを有し、前記下面上の隣接する窪みの間の 前記平坦面の各々は前記緩衝用フォイルの各々を補完してそれらの上に位置する よう構成されており、そうして前記トップフォイルの前記上面が一回で乾燥低摩 擦潤滑剤で被覆され得ることを特徴とする動圧型流体膜スラスト軸受け。 2.前記フォイルプレートと同一に構成された平坦な下面と、前記平坦な下面上 に周方向に間隔を置いて配置された相対する側縁を有する前記緩衝用フォイルと 同じ数の複数の下側緩衝用フォイルと、前記相対する側縁の各々の一方を前記平 坦な下面に取着し且つ前記相対する側縁の他方が軸方向に動くのを可能とする手 段とを有するボトム環状平坦フォイルプレートを含み、前記緩衝用フォイルと前 記他方の緩衝用フォイルとが軸方向に整合されていることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の動圧型流体膜スラスト軸受け。 3.前記緩衝用フォイル及び前記他方の緩衝用フォイルの前記相対する 側縁が、当該スラスト軸受けに流入する流体の流れに関して前縁と後縁とを含み 、前記上側フォイルの前記前縁は前記フォイルプレートの前記平坦上側面に取着 され、前記後縁は軸方向に自由に動くことができることを特徴とする請求項2に 記載の動圧型流体膜スラスト軸受け。 4.前記緩衝用フォイル及び前記他方の緩衝用フォイルの前記相対する側縁が、 当該スラスト軸受けに流入する流体の流れに関して前縁と後縁とを含み、前記下 側フォイルの前記後縁が前記フォイルプレートの前記平坦な下面に取着され、前 記前緑は軸方向に自由に動くことができることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動 圧型流体膜スラスト軸受け。 5.前記フォイルプレートと同一に構成された平坦な下面と、前記平坦な下面上 に周方向に間隔を置いて配置された相対する側縁を有する前記緩衝用フォイルと 同じ数の複数の下側緩衝用フォイルと、前記相対する側縁の各々の一方を前記平 坦な下面に取着し且つ前記相対する側縁の他方が軸方向に動くのを可能とする手 段とを有するボトム環状平坦フォイルプレートを含み、前記緩衝用フォイルと前 記他方の緩衝用フォイルとが互いにずらされて配置されていることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の動圧型流体膜スラスト軸受け。 6.前記緩衝用フォイル及び前記他方の緩衝用フォイルの前記相対する側縁が、 当該スラスト軸受けに流入する流体の流れに関して前縁と後縁とを含み、前記上 側フォイルの前記前縁は前記フォイルプレートの前記平坦上側面に取着され、前 記後縁は軸方向に自由に動くことができることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の動 圧型流体膜スラスト軸受け。 7.前記緩衝用フォイル及び前記他方の緩衝用フォイルの前記相対する側縁が、 当該スラスト軸受けに流入する流体の流れに関して前縁と後縁とを含み、前記下 側フォイルの前記後縁が前記フォイルプレートの前記平坦な下面に取着され、前 記前縁は軸方向に自由に動くことができるこ とを特徴とする請求項5に記載の動圧型流体膜スラスト軸受け。
