Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の: −生物燃料若しくは屑材料又はその両者を流動床ガス化器に導入し、 −該流動床ガス化器を、その中で該生物燃料又は屑材料をガス化して、原料ガ スを生成させるように運転し、そして −該原料ガスを燃焼させる 工程を含んで成る、エネルギーを生成させるために生物燃料若しくは屑材料又は その両者を利用する方法において、 −該流動床ガス化器中で生成した該原料ガスを、化石燃料バーナーを備えたス チーム発生用ボイラーに導入し、ここで該導入工程は該ボイラー中の、該バーナ ーのレベルより上のレベルで行われ、そして −該原料ガスを該ボイラー中のある高いレベルの所で燃焼させる ことを特徴とする上記の方法。 2.次の: −前記ボイラーから排出された煙道ガスから灰を分離し、 −分離された該灰を前記流動床ガス化器に導入し、そして −該ガス化器中の分離された該灰を用いて該ガス化器の固体粒子の流動床とす る 更なる工程を特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.次の: −前記流動床ガス化器からの流出物を分離装置に進め、 −該分離装置中でガスから粒状材料を分離し、 −分離された該ガスを前記ボイラーに前記原料ガスとして進め、そして −分離された該粒状材料を該ガス化器に戻す 更なる工程を特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4.次の: −前記流動床ガス化器からの流出物を分離装置に進め、 −該分離装置中でガスから粒状材料を分離し、 −分離された該ガスを前記ボイラーに前記原料ガスとして進め、そして −分離された該粒状材料を該ガス化器に戻す 更なる工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.前記原料ガスからアルカリ類若しくは金属成分又はその両者を除去するこ とによって該原料ガスを浄化し、その後に該原料ガスを前記ボイラーに導入する 更なる工程を特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 6.前記原料ガスから、気化された有害な又は有毒な成分を凝縮させ、その後 に該原料ガスを前記ボイラーに導入する工程を特徴とする、請求の範囲第5項に 記載の方法。 7.前記凝縮工程が、前記原料ガスを、該原料ガスが前記ガス化器に存在した 後、かつ該原料ガスが前記ボイラーに導入される前に、石炭灰の床を有する循環 式流動床反応器に通し、通過させる工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 6項に記載の方法。 8.前記浄化工程が、原料ガスを、該原料ガスが前記ガス化器に存在した後、 かつ該原料ガスが前記ボイラーに導入される前に、石炭灰の床を有する循環式流 動床反応器に通し、通過させる工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第5項 に記載の方法。 9.前記原料ガスを前記ボイラー中で燃焼させる前記工程が、その燃焼を80 0〜1050℃(1472〜1922°F)の温度で行う工程を含むことを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 10.前記原料ガスを前記ボイラー中で燃焼させる前記工程が、前記ボイラー の総エネルギー生成量の5〜35%をもたらす量の前記ガスを燃焼させる工程を 含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 11.前記原料ガスを前記ボイラー中で燃焼させる前記工程が、その燃焼を8 50〜900℃(1562〜1652°F)の温度において、約5〜10%の含 有空気過剰分で行い、それによって該ボイラーの下部にその燃焼ゾーンから上向 きに上昇して来る煙道ガスを再燃焼させる有利な条件をもたらす工程を含むこと を特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 12.前記の生物燃料若しくは屑材料又はその両者を流動床ガス化器に導入す る前記工程が、主として微粉砕及び乾燥されていない生物燃料若しくは屑材料又 はその両者を該流動床ガス化器に導入する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第1項に記載の方法。 13.次の: −生物燃料若しくは屑材料又はその両者をガス化するための流動床ガス化器、 −スチーム発生用ボイラー、及び −該ガス化器中で生成したガスを該ボイラーに移送するための手段 を含んで成る、エネルギー生成のために生物燃料若しくは屑材料又はその両者を 利用する装置において、該ボイラーが、その下部に化石燃料バーナー、及び該バ ーナーのレベルより上の該ボイラーのあるレベルに配置された、該ガスを導入す るための手段を備えていることを特徴とする上記の装置。 14.前記ボイラーから灰を排出する手段と排出された該灰を前記ガス化器に 導入してその中の固体粒子床とするための手段を更に含んでいることを特徴とす る、請求の範囲第13項に記載の装置。 15.前記ガス化器が循環式流動床ガス化器であることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第13項に記載の装置。 16.前記ガス化器と前記ボイラーとにガス浄化手段が接続されており、ここ で該浄化手段は、該ガス化器中で生成したガスを受容し、そして該ガスが該ボイ ラーに導入される前に該ガスを浄化するものである、請求の範囲第13項に記載 の装置。 17.前記浄化手段が循環式流動床反応器を含んで成ることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第16項に記載の装置。 18.前記浄化手段が石炭の灰の循環床を中に有する循環式流動床反応器を含 んで成ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第16項に記載の装置。 19.粒子分離装置が前記ガス浄化手段にその下流において、かつ前記ボイラ ーに接続されており、ここで該粒子分離装置は前記ガスが該ボイラーに導入され る前に該ガスから微粉固体成分を分離するための手段を含むものであることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第16項に記載の装置。 20.前記ガス化器と前記ボイラーとにガス冷却手段が接続されており、ここ で該ガス冷却手段は該ガス化器中で生成したガスを受容し、そして該ガスが該ボ イラーに導入される前に該ガスを冷却するものであることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第13項に記載の装置。 21.前記冷却手段が循環式流動床反応器を含んで成ることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第20項に記載の装置。 22.前記冷却手段が石炭の灰の循環床を中に有する循環式流動床反応器を含 んで成ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第20項に記載の装置。 23.粒子分離装置が前記ガス冷却手段にその下流において、かつ前記ボイラ ーに接続されており、ここで該粒子分離装置は前記ガスが該ボイラーに導入され る前に該ガスから微粉固体成分を分離するための手段を含むものであることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第20項に記載の装置。
