Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.物質を含有するマイクロカプセルを界面重縮合反応により形成せしめ、そし て生ずるマイクロカプセルをポリビニルアルコール(PVA)の存在下で噴霧乾 燥することを含んでなるカプセル化された物質を製造する方法であって、マイク ロカプセルを形成する界面重縮合反応中にPVAが存在することを特徴とする方 法。 2.該噴霧乾燥前に、該マイクロカプセルを含有する混合物に別の量のPVAを 加える請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.該噴霧乾燥段階前に加えられる該別の量のPVAが界面重縮合中に使用され るものとは異なるPVAである前記請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4.第一のPVAが70〜100%の加水分解度および少なくとも50の重合度 を有する請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.第一のPVAが約88%の加水分解度および約300の重合度を有する請求 の範囲第4項記載の方法。 6.第二のPVAがカルボキシル化されたまたはスルホン化されたPVAである 請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.マイクロカプセルがポリイソシアナートとポリアミンとの反応により形成さ れる請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.カプセル化された物質が噴霧乾燥されたマイクロカプセルの30〜95重量 %の量で存在する請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.カプセル化された生成物が噴霧乾燥されたマイクロカプセルの60〜85重 量%の量で存在する請求の範囲第8項記載の方法。 10.カプセル化された生成物が噴霧乾燥されたマイクロカプセルの75〜80 重量%の量で存在する請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 11.噴霧乾燥されたマイクロカプセルが5マイクロメートルまたはそれ以下の 容量中位粒子寸法を有する請求の範囲第1〜10項のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.噴霧乾燥されたマイクロカプセルが2マイクロメートルまたはそれ以下の 容量中位粒子寸法を有する請求の範囲第11項記載の方法。 13.カプセル化しようとする物質が溶媒中の溶液の形態で存在する請求の範囲 第1〜12項のいずれかに記載の方法。 14.該物質が有害生物防除物質である請求の範囲第1〜13項のいずれかに記 載の方法。 15.活性物質を界面重縮合反応によりカプセル化し、そして生ずる生成物をポ リビニルアルコール(PVA)の存在下で噴霧乾燥することにより形成されたマ イクロカプセルであって、マイクロカプセルを形成する界面重縮合反応中にPV Aが存在することを特徴とするマイクロカプセル。 16.カプセル化された物質がマイクロカプセル中に液体状態で存在する請求の 範囲第15項記載のマイクロカプセル。 17.少なくとも2種の有害生物防除剤を含有する請求の範囲第15項または第 16項記載のマイクロカプセル。 18.該少なくとも2種の有害生物防除剤が別個にカプセル化される請求の範囲 第17項記載のマイクロカプセル。 19.相対的に遅いおよび相対的に速い放出性のマイクロカプセルの両者を含ん でなる請求の範囲第17項または第18項記載のマイクロカプ セル。
