Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 少なくとも一種のフッ素含有層と少なくとも一種の非フッ素含有層の少なく とも二層からなり、ここでフッ素含有層は0.01から100μmの厚さであり、0.1か ら0.76フッ素g/gフッ素含有層を含み、フッ素40μg/cm2からフッ素50mg/cm2 で被覆されることを特徴とする重合体材料。 2 非フッ素含有層がポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載 の少なくとも二層からなる重合体材料。 3 非フッ素含有層がエチレン重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2 に記載の少なくとも二層からなる重合体材料。 4 最初に重合体の周囲圧力をP1まで減少し、ついで第二ステップでフッ素含有 ガスと共に圧力P2で、ついで第三ステップでフッ素含有ガスと共に圧力P3で、最 後に第四ステップで圧力P4でフッ素化し、ここでP1はP2、P3、及びP4よりも低い ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までに適合する重合体のフッ素化による多層 で、且つ少なくとも一種のフッ素含有層を含む重合体材料を製造するための方法 。 5 圧力P1が0.001から0.5kPaの範囲にあり、圧力P2、P3及びP4が1から1000kPa の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項4による方法。 6 小さい分子に対する透過を防止する遮断として、請求項1から3までに適合 する重合体材料の利用。 7 5から100重量%までの炭化水素成分を有する物質混合物に対する透過を防 止する遮断として、請求項1から3までに適合する重合体材料の利用。 8 膜、繊維及び成形体の製造のための請求項1から3までに適合する重合体材 料の利用。 9 貯蔵容器の製造のための請求項1から3までに適合する重合体材料の利用。 10 燃料貯蔵容器の製造のための請求項1から3までに適合する重合体材料の 利用。 11 請求項1から3までに適合する重合体材料からの膜、繊維及び成形体。
