Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 複数のパネルを、がたつくことがないように
側方１列に連結する。 【解決手段】 支柱２の両側面に、外側面が開口するＵ
字溝状の連結溝５を連設して、連結溝５内に、角棒状の
ポリウレタン製の緩衝材６を嵌入して、連結溝５の内底
面に、両面粘着テープ７で接着し、連結溝５内にパネル
１の側端を押し入れる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、複数のパネルを、
側方１列にがたつきなく容易に連結する装置に関する。

【従来の技術】両側面に、パネルの側端が嵌合しうる凹
溝を設けた支柱を介して、複数のパネルを側方１列に連
結して、室内を間仕切ることは、従来よりしばしば実施
されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、上述の工法に
よる従来の間仕切は、各パネルの両側端の厚さの精度
や、上下方向の直線性に若干の誤差があっても、支障な
く施工しうるように、支柱の連結溝の寸法に、若干の余
裕が設けてあるので、完成した間仕切には、必然的に若
干のがたつきが生じ、パネルに触れると、若干揺動した
り騒音を発して不快であった。
【０００４】本発明は、上述のようなパネルと支柱を使
用しても、組立てた間仕切から上述のような不快な現象
が発生しない、パネルの連結装置を提供することを目的
としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によると、上記課
題は、次のようにして解決される。 (１) パネル連結用の各支柱の両側面に、パネルの側端
を挿入しうる連結溝を形成し、各連結溝に、弾性変形し
うる緩衝材を、脱落不能に嵌設している。
【０００６】(２) 上記(１)項において、緩衝材を連結
溝の内底面に接着している。
【０００７】(３) 上記(１)項において、連結溝の内側
幅を、その開口部より広幅として、連結溝内に緩衝材を
嵌設している。

【発明の実施の形態】図１は、本発明を適用した間仕切
を示すもので、(１)はパネル、(２)は各パネル(１)連結
用の支柱、(３)は巾木、(４)は支持杆である。
【０００９】図２は、本発明の第１実施例を示すもの
で、方形筒状の支柱(２)の左右の内側面には、パネル
(１)の側端を支持するＵ字溝状の連結溝(５)が、全長に
わたって連設され、連結溝(５)の両外側端には、パネル
(１)側端の厚さより若干広幅の間隔を設けて対向する１
対の突片(5a)が連設されている。
【００１０】各連結溝(５)内には、前後方向(図２の上
下幅)が、パネル(１)の側端の厚さと等幅の角棒状の、
たとえばウレタンフォームのようなスポンジ材よりなる
緩衝材(６)が、全長にわたって嵌入されて、内側面が連
結溝(５)の内底面に、たとえば両面粘着テープ(７)で接
着され、外面は支柱(２)の外側面より若干突出してい
る。
【００１１】図２の左側に示すように、パネル(１)の側
端は、上記連結溝(５)に押し込まれて、図２の右側に示
すように、緩衝材(６)を圧縮するため弾性的に固定され
て、連結溝(５)内でがたつくことはない。
【００１２】図３は、本発明の第２実施例を示すもの
で、前実施例と同一の各部材には、同一の符号を付して
説明を省略する。
【００１３】上記(６)に相当する緩衝材(８)は、材質は
緩衝材(６)と同様であるが、前後幅はそれより若干広幅
で、この緩衝材(８)が連結溝(５)内に強制的に押し込ま
れて、周面同士が圧接し、前面両端が突片(5a)に遮られ
て、軽量な緩衝材(８)は、支柱(１)より脱落する恐れは
ない。本実施例も前実施例と同様の作用により、同様の
効果を奏する。

【発明の効果】本発明の装置は、上述のように、各パネ
ルが弾性を有する緩衝材を介して、支柱に支持されてい
るので、組立てられた間仕切は、手を触れてもがたつく
ことはなく、また騒音を発することもない。しかも間仕
切の組立ては容易である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 パネル連結用の各支柱の両側面に、パネ
    ルの側端を挿入しうる連結溝を形成し、各連結溝に、弾
    性変形しうる緩衝材を、脱落不能に嵌設した、パネル連
    結装置。
  2. 【請求項２】 緩衝材を連結溝の内底面に接着した、請
    求項１記載のパネル連結装置。
  3. 【請求項３】 連結溝の内側幅を、その開口部より広幅
    として、連結溝内に緩衝材を嵌設した、請求項１記載の
    パネル連結装置。
