Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 高圧でエラストマーゴムを注入したシリンダ内を移動する少なくとも1つ のピストンを使用した形式の緩衝及び移動制限器を形成する装置であって、その 緩衝効果と共に選択的ではあるが戻し効果は、エラストマーの圧縮と、装置の動 作中にピストンの一方側から他方側へゴムが移動できるように前記装置に設けら れた小断面積の通路内での層流とによって実質的に与えられるようになっており 、さらに、一定の動作閾値に対応して動作して上記通路の断面積を減少させる手 段、例えば特に蓋部材を設けている装置において、シリンダ内でピストンが特定 の変位速度閾値を越えると、ほとんど即時に反応して、供給することができる最 大の吸収力を与えることができるとともに、その閾値より低い値の少なくとも一 部では、最小限の反力を逆方向に生じるだけであることを特徴とする装置。 2. 最大閾値と低動作レベル値との間に、通路の断面積の減少量が最大動作閾 値での動作中の断面積の減少量の一部分だけである「緩衝器」としての中間動作 閾値を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3. 通路の断面積変更を行う前記手段は、エラストマーによってそれらに加え られる変形応力及び変位応力の両方またはいずれか一方に応答して反応すること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1または第2項に記載の装置。 4. 通路の断面積変更を行う前記手段は、動作中にゴムがピストンヘッド(2 3、43、63、83)の一方側から他方側へ移動できるように設けられた前記 通路(28、48、68、88)の少なくとも幾つかと向き合わせて配置されて いることを特徴とする先行請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 5. 通路断面積の減少は、例えば数ミリメートル厚さの鋼製の変形可能な弾性 ワッシャまたはブレード(29、49、50、71、85)によって行われるこ とを特徴とする先行請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 6. 前記ワッシャまたはブレードの上流側にシールドを形成する手段(72、 89)が取り付けられて、ワッシャの変形開始時におけるワッシャに対するエラ ストマーの作用をそれの表面の一部分だけに限定し、ワッシャがたわんだ後、エ ラストマーはワッシャの離脱表面に作用するようにしたことを特徴とする請求の 範囲第5項に記載の装置。 7. 応力の所定の増加から、通路断面積の減少が制限され、それに従って、最 大値に制限された応力が吸収されるようにしたことを特徴とする先行請求の範囲 のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8. 最大閾値の応力の吸収の後、加えられた作用の終了時に作用する補助通路 を備えて、その応力を減少させるようにしたことを特徴とする先行請求の範囲の いずれか1項に記載の装置。 9. 動作曲線を随意に変形できるようにするため、通路断面積の変更を行う複 数の手段、例えば様々な応力閾値で1つまたは複数の通路を同時または逐次閉鎖 する蓋部材を形成するワッシャまたはブレードを直列または並列に取り付けてい ることを特徴とする先行請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 10.端部同士を突き合わせて杭上に載せた複数の横ビームによって構成された 鉄道橋等の構築物を安定させるための請求の範囲第1〜第8項のいずれか1項に 記載の装置の利用であって、通路断面積の変更を行う前記手段(29)は、橋の 静止状態で開放しており、ピストンがシリンダ内で変位する速度の特定閾値を越 えるとすぐに、前記通路(28)を閉鎖するようにした上記装置(38)によっ て様々なデッキ部材(31、32)を互いに、及び杭(33)に、またはそのい ずれか一方に結合させることを特徴とする利用。
