Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記のa)〜c)を含む、溶融加工可能なフルオロポリマー粒子の水系分 散液の調製方法。 a)最高で2個までの酸素、硫黄又は窒素原子を含有することができる、少な くとも1種の過フッ素化された液体の飽和脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素の水系マイ クロエマルションを作ること。 b)テトラフルオロエチレン以外の少なくとも1種の重合可能なフッ素化され た気体モノマーと、随意に更にテトラフルオロエチレンを、上記のマイクロエマ ルションに供給すること。 c)工程b)の混合物に遊離基開始剤を加えることで重合を開始させること。 2.前記過フッ素化された液体の飽和脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素を、過フッ素 化された飽和脂肪族化合物、過フッ素化された芳香族化合物、過フッ素化された アルキルアミン、及び環中に酸素、硫黄又は窒素を有することができる過フッ素 化された飽和の環式脂肪族化合物からなるクラスから選ぶ、請求の範囲第1項記 載の方法。 3.前記モノマーがテトラフルオロエチレンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンの混 合物である、請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 4.前記モノマーがテトラフルオロエチレンとペルフルオロ(プロピビニルエ ーテル)の混合物である、請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 5.前記モノマーを、フッ化ビニリデン、フッ化ビニル及びクロロトリフルオ ロエチレンからなるクラスから選ぶ、請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 6.請求の範囲第1項の方法により製造される、ポリマーの平均粒度が0.01〜 0.08μmであるテトラフルオロエチレンと少なくとも 1種の他のフッ素化された有機モノマーとのコポリマーの水系分散液。 7.前記平均粒度が0.01〜0.05である、請求の範囲第6項記載の分散液。 8.前記ポリマーの平均粒度が0.01〜0.03μmである、請求の範囲第6項記載 の分散液。 9.前記モノマーがテトラフルオロエチレンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンの混 合物である、請求の範囲第6項記載の水系分散液。 10.前記モノマーがテトラフルオロアルキルとペルフルオロ(プロピルビニル エーテル)の混合物である、請求の範囲第6項記載の水系分散液。 11.請求の範囲第1項の方法により製造される、ポリマーの平均粒度が0.01〜 0.08μmであるポリ(フッ化ビニリデン)の水系分散液。 12.請求の範囲第1項により作られた分散液から得られたポリマーでコーティ ングされた基材を含むコーティングされた材料。
