Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.無線周波数システムにおいて使用する増幅回路であって: 第1信号を受信する第1入力および第1出力を有する第1増幅器; 前記第1増幅器の前記第1入力をサンプルする第1カプラ; 前記第1増幅器の前記第1出力をサンプルする第2カプラ; 前記第2カプラの出力に応答し、前記第1カプラの出力に応答する第3カプラ であって、前記第1入力および前記第1出力間の差を実質的に表わす誤差信号を 生成する第3カプラ; 前記誤差信号に応答し、かつ前記第2信号に応答し、複合信号を生成する第4 カプラであって、前記第2信号は、前記第1増幅器の前記第1入力によって受信 される前記第1信号と少なくとも部分的に相関関係を有する、第4カプラ;およ び 前記複合信号に応答する第2入力および第2出力を有する第2増幅器; から成ることを特徴とする増幅回路。 2.前記第2増幅器は、前記第4カプラに結合された第2入力を有することを特 徴とする請求項1記載の回路。 3.前記第1カプラに結合されたスプリッタであって、前記第1信号および前記 第2信号を生成する前記スプリッタを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の 回路。 4.前記スプリッタに応答する遅延回路であって、前記スプリッタの出力を受信 し、前記第2信号を生成する遅延回路を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載 の回路。 5.前記第1増幅器の前記第1出力および前記第2増幅器の前記第2出力に応答 する第5カプラを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。 6.振幅および位相調節回路を更に含み、前記カプラの少なくとも1つは該振幅 および位粗調節回路に応答することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。 7.フィード・フォーワード増幅回路に結合された振幅および位相調節回路を調 節する方法であって: (a)複数の信号強度測定を行う段階であって、測定周波数帯域内の異なる周 波数で各測定を行い、局所最大値を判定する段階; (b)前記局所最大値を所定のキャリアしきい値と比較する段階; (c)前記しきい値を超過する測定値を破棄する段階; (d)残りの局所最大値から最高測定値を抽出することによって、第1最大測 定値を選択する段階;および (e)前記第1最大測定値に基づいて、前記振幅および位相調節回路を調節す る段階; から成ることを特徴とする方法。 8.無線周波数システムにおいて使用する増幅回路であって: 第1入力および第1出力を有する第1増幅器; 前記第1増幅器の前記第1出力に応答する第2増幅器であって、第1信号を受 信する第2入力および第2出力を有する前記第2増幅器; 前記第2入力をサンプルする第1カプラ; 前記第2増幅器の前記第2出力をサンプルする第2カプラ; 前記第2カプラの出力に応答し、かつ前記第1カプラの出力に応答する第3カ プラであって、前記第2入力および前記第2出力間の差を実質的に表わす誤差信 号を生成する前記第3カプラ; 前記第1増幅器の前記第1出力をサンプルする第4カプラ; 前記第4カプラおよび前記誤差信号に応答して、複合信号を生成する第5カプ ラ;および 前記第2増幅器の前記第2出力に応答し、かつ前記誤差信号に応答する第6カ プラ; から成ることを特徴とする増幅回路。 9.前記第5カプラに応答する第3振幅器を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8 記載の増幅回路。 10.増幅回路内の誤差を低減する方法であって: 前置増幅器からの分割信号を第1および第2増幅器に注入する段階であっで、 ほぼ並列に配列された前記第1および第2増幅器に注入する前記段階; 前記第1増幅器の入力および出力をサンプルする段階; 前記入力のサンプルおよび前記出力のサンプルを比較することによって、誤差 信号を発生する段階;および 前記誤差信号を、前記第2増幅器の入力において、前記第2増幅器を予め歪ま せるレベルで注入する段階であって、前記レベルは、前記第1増幅器からの誤差 を大幅に低減し、前記第1および第2増幅器の結合出力において前記前置増幅器 からの誤差を低減するのに十分なレベルとする前記段階; から成ることを特徴とする方法。
