Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関の燃料供給装置であって、タンク(12)から燃料を汲み上げるように 設計されたポンプ(10)と、ポンプ(10)の出口に接続されてポンプ(10)の作動を制 御するように適用された、分岐継手がなく、供給管(16)内にある圧力接触片型の 感圧性要素(30)と、燃料の使用部位(14)より上流の、ポンプ(10)の出口に接続さ れた非分岐供給管(16)に直列に配置された調整器(40)とからなり、感圧性要素(3 0)が、燃料を使用するのに必要とされる圧力よりも大きい切換しきい値を有し、 エキスパンダ型の調整器(40)が使用部位(14)、好ましくはインジェクタの列に近 接して位置していることを特徴とする装置。 2.圧力接触片(30)がオンオフ電気信号を電気ポンプ(10)の動力ステージに送り 、この電気信号は圧力しきい値に対して校正されることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項記載の装置。 3.感圧性要素(30)の切換しきい値が、燃料を使用するのに必要とされる圧力よ りも少なくとも200 mバール大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第 2項記載の装置。 4.感圧性要素(30)が、一方の側で定格スプリング(35)に、他方の側で供給管(1 6)内の圧力にさらされる膜(34)により2つのチャンバ(32,33)に区切られるハウ ジング(31)からなる圧力接触片により構成され、その相互接続状態が膜(34)に加 えられる燃料圧力に依存する2つの電気接点(36,37)を備えていることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項から第3項いずれか1項記載の装置。 5.圧力接触片(30)が、定格しきい値より低い入口燃料圧力については閉じられ る電気スイッチを形成することを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項記載の装置。 6.エキスパンダ型調整器(40)が、感圧性膜(44)により2つのチャンバ(42,43) に区切られるハウジング(41)からなり、一方のチャンバが少なくとも、弁(49)に より制御される入口(46)および出口(48)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項から第5項いずれか1項記載の装置。 7.エキスパンダ型調整器(40)が、定格スプリング(45)を収容する閉じられたチ ャンバ(42)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載の装置。 8.エキスパンダ型調整器(40)が、定格スプリング(45)を収容し、チャンバ(42) を参照圧力、例えば、大気圧または吸入マニホールドの圧力に接続する開口部を 備えたチャンバ(42)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載の装置。 9.ポンプ(10)の出口に接続された管(16)上の感圧性要素(30)より上流に位置す るフィルタ(13)を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第8項いず れか1項記載の装置。 10.感圧性要素(30)からの情報が、燃料供給装置を状況分析する目的のために、 エンジン制御コンピュータ(60)に送られることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項か ら第9項いずれか1項記載の装置。 11.ポンプ(10)の制御モジュール(50)がエンジン制御コンピュータ(60)内に組み 込まれていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項記載の装置。 12.エンジン制御コンピュータ(60)が、感圧性要素(30)からの情報に基づいて、 そして、スイッチを入れた後の圧力上昇時間、エンジンが停止した後に維持され る燃料圧力、一定かまたは所定の範囲内に維持される圧力のパラメータのうちの 少なくとも1つに基づいて、状況分析を行なうことを特徴とする請求の範囲第10 項または第11項記載の装置。 13.請求の範囲第1項から第12項いずれか1項記載の供給装置が備え付けられた タンク。
