Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 単離DNA分子であり、以下の群より選択されるDNA配列からなる、D NA分子。 (i) 図1に表示されるヌクレオチド配列 (ii)(i)による配列に相補的な配列 (iii)(i)または(ii)による配列からの変異度が21%までの配列 で、標準的なハイブリダイゼーション条件下でこれらのハイブリダイズすること ができ、SOX-9型のポリペプチドをコードする配列 2. 単離DNA分子であり、以下の群より選択されるDNA配列からなる、D NA分子。 (a) 図8aに表示されるヌクレオチド配列 (b) (a)による配列に相補的な配列 (c) (a)または(b)による配列からの変異度が18%までの配列で、 標準的なハイブリダイゼーション条件下でこれらのハイブリダイズすることがで き、SOX-9型のポリペプチドをコードする配列 3. 請求項1に記載のDNA配列によりコードされる、組換えたんぱく質。 4. 請求項2に記載のDNA配列によりコードされる、組換えたんぱく質。 5. 図1に示されるアミノ酸配列、および前記配列と93.5%から100% の同一性を有するSOX-9型ポリペプチドからなる、組換えたんぱく質。 6. 図8aに示されるアミノ酸配列、および前記配列と93.5%から100 %の同一性を有するポリペプチドからなる、組換えたんぱく質。 7. 請求項1に記載のDNA分子を投与することによる、骨または軟骨の再生 方法。 8. 請求項2に記載のDNA分子を投与することによる、骨または軟骨の再生 方法。 9. 請求項3に記載の組換えたんぱく質を投与することによる、骨または軟骨 の再生方法。 10. 請求項4に記載の組換えたんぱく質を投与することによる、骨または軟 骨の再生方法。
