Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に、建築ファセードの化粧用であって、中間空隙を囲む2つの窓ガラス を備え、また前記中間空隙に面する前記窓ガラス面の少くとも片方の面上に配設 された層構造部材と、前記中間空隙にガス雰囲気も同様に備える化粧素子で:前 記構造部材が、前記片方の窓ガラスの面上に塗布された反応層と、前記反応層上 に塗布され、また前記反応層で、前記反応層上に塗布され、また前記反応層で少 くとも2つの窓ガラスの間に含まれた前記ガス雰囲気の組成物に依存する反応層 の光学的および/または電気的性質を、前記中間空隙にある前記ガス雰囲気の組 成物を変化させる手段により変化する反応を活性化させる触媒層とを提供して、 前記反応層の電気的および/または光学的性質を変化し得るものとなすことを特 徴とする化粧素子。 2.前記反応層が酸化鉄マンガン重石、酸化モリブデン、酸化チタン、酸化バ ナジウム、酸化クロムおよび/または酸化セリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求 項1記載の化粧素子。 3.前記反応層の厚さが100nmと800nmの間を変化することを特徴と する請求項2記載の化粧素子。 4.前記反応層が白金、ロジウム、パラジウムおよびまたはニッケルを含むこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の化粧素子。 5.前記触媒層の厚さが1nmと5nmの間を変化することを特徴とする請求 項4記載の化粧素子。 6.前記ガス雰囲気の水素部を、透過度を低下させるため上げることを特徴と する請求項2記載の化粧素子。 7.前記水素部が無酸素雰囲気中でほぼ1%であることを特徴とする請求項6 記載の化粧素子。 8.前記ガス雰囲気の酸素部を、透過度を上昇させるために上げることを特徴 とする請求項2乃至7のいずれか1項記載の化粧素子。 9.前記酸素部が、無水素雰囲気中でほぼ0.5%であることを特徴とする請 求項8記載の化粧素子。 10.前記透過度の上昇が大気空気により起こることを特徴とする請求項8記載 の化粧素子。 11.赤外範囲内で反射し、また可視範囲内で透過可能な薄手層を配設すること を特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項記載の化粧素子。 12.前記薄手層が銀層もしくは半導体層であることを特徴とする請求項1記載 の化粧素子。 13.前記基板がガラスおよび/または重合体基板および/または金属基板であ ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項記載の化粧素子。
