Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 繊維性織物に適用される個別の粒子の脈流形成装置であって、 予め定めた流量割合の粒子の流れを供給する粒子計量装置と、 前記粒子計量装置から供給される粒子の前記流れを受け入れて加速する粒子加 速装置とを具備し、 この粒子加速装置は、 下流方向への粒子加速空気流を供給する加速空気ノズルと、 前記加速空気ノズルの下流に設けられた粒子出口と、 前記粒子計量装置から供給される前記粒子の流れを受け入れるための粒子出 口の上流に配置された粒子入口とを有し、また、 前記粒子入口の下流に設けられた粒子減速空気流を供給するための少なくとも 1つの減速空気ノズルと、 前記加速空気ノズルと前記減速空気ノズルとに空気流を供給するための少なく とも一つの加圧空気供給装置と、および、 前記加圧空気供給装置によって前記加速空気ノズルと前記減速空気ノズルとに 供給される前記空気流を制御するバルブ装置とを具備したことを特徴とする粒子 の脈流形成装置。 2. 前記バルブ装置は、予め定めた方法で前記加速空気ノズルと前記減速空気 ノズルの少なくともいずれか一方への空気流を変えるように操作可能なことを特 徴とする請求項1記載の粒子の脈流形成装置。 3. 前記バルブ装置は、前記減速空気ノズルへ脈流空気流を供給するために操 作可能なことを特徴とする請求項2記載の粒子の脈流形成装置。 4. 前記バルブ装置は、前記加速空気ノズルと前記減速空気ノズルとに、予め 定めたサイクルで空気流を供給するために操作可能であって、前記バルブ装置は 、前記予め定めたサイクルの第1の位置の間減速空気ノズルへの空気流が阻止さ れている時前記加速空気ノズルに空気流を供給することを特徴とし、また、前記 バルブ装置は、前記予め定めたサイクルの第2の位置の間前記減速空気ノズルへ 空気が供給されている時前記加速空気ノズルへの空気流を阻止することを特徴と す る請求項3記載の粒子の脈流形成装置。 5. バルブ装置は、前記予め定めたサイクルの第3の位置の間前記加速空気ノ ズルと前記減速空気ノズルとの両方へ空気流の供給をするために操作可能である ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の粒子の脈流形成装置。 6. バルブ装置は、前記加速空気ノズルへの空気流が阻止されていて、前記減 速空気ノズルへ空気流が供給されている時、前記バルブ装置と前記加速空気ノズ ルとの間から空気を流出するために操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1、 2、3、4および5いずれか1項記載の粒子の脈流形成装置。 7. バルブ装置は、前記減速空気ノズルへの空気流が阻止されていて、前記加 速空気ノズルへ空気が供給されている時、前記バルブ装置と前記減速空気ノズル との間から空気を流出するために操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項6記載 の粒子の脈流形成装置。 8. 前記バルブ装置は、 加速空気バルブを具備し、 この加速空気バルブは、 空気供給装置からの空気流を受け入れるための入口と、 前記加速空気ノズルと流路関係にある出口と、 前記加速空気バルブと前記加速空気ノズルとの間から空気を流出するための 排出部とを有し、この加速空気バルブは、前記バルブ入口と前記バルブ出口との 間で流路関係を形成する第1の位置から、前記バルブ出口と前記排出部との間で 流路関係を形成する第2の位置へ操作可能であり、また、 減速空気バルブを具備し、前記加速空気バルブと前記減速空気バルブとは独立 して操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6および7い ずれか1項記載の粒子の脈流形成装置。 9. 前記加速空気ノズルは、一般に下流方向に平行な、第1の軸線に沿って粒 子加速空気流を供給し、前記粒子入口は、前記第1の軸線と約90度の夾角を成 す第2の軸線に沿って粒子を受け入れ、前記減速空気ノズルは、前記加速空気ノ ズルの下流に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、 7および8いずれか1項記載の粒子の脈流形成装置。 10. 前記粒子計量装置と前記粒子加速装置との間で前記粒子を搬送する管を さらに備え、この管はその内径の少なくとも5倍の長さを有していることを特徴 とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7および8いずれか1項記載の粒子の脈 流形成装置。
