Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.反応器(11;11’;11”;53)内の汚染気体および/または液体を 処理する方法であって、液体が流下膜(33)の形で反応器の壁部を流下し、電 磁放射線に同時にさらされる方法において、凝集表面膜(31)がノズル(15 )によって反応器内に形成され、気体が表面膜(31)を通過して、気相から液 相への物質移動が生じるようになっていることを特徴とする方法。 2.気体と液体が同時に照射されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.気体が流下膜(33)に対して向流で供給されることを特徴とする請求項1 または2に記載の方法。 4.回転表面膜が反応器(11;11’;11”;53)内に生成されることを 特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.照射によって活性化可能であり、少なくとも気相と液相のいずれかの汚染物 の少なくとも数種類と反応できる少なくとも1つの反応物質または化合物が少な くとも気体と液体のいずれかに添加されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の いずれか一項に記載の方法。 6.液体が循環されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 7.気体流が部分的に循環されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 8.少なくとも数種類の汚染物質の濃度が測定され、この測定値に基づいて、 汚染気体および/または汚染液体の供給および排出、および/または 液体および/または気体の通過数、および/または 放射線の強度が制御され、該当する場合に、調整されることを特徴とする請求 項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.液体および/または気体の吸収を2つ以上の点、好ましくは3点すなわち、 入口、出口およびこれらの間で選択的に測定することを特徴とする請求項8に記 載の方法。 10.pH、酸化還元電位、導電性および温度などの他のプロセス・パラメータ を測定し、浄化プロセスを制御し、調整するために使用することを特徴とする請 求項8または9に記載の方法。 11.反応器(11;11’;11”;53)と、電磁放射線によって反応器の 内部を照射するために、反応器の内部またはその周囲に配置された少なくとも1 つの放射線源(17)と、液体の頂部入口(23)および底部出口(34)と、 液体を入口(23)へ圧送する搬送手段(69)を備えた汚染気体および/また は液体の処理装置において、液体搬送手段と連通するノズル(15)が反応器( 11;11’;11”;53)内に配置されて、反応器の内壁(35)とノズル の間に凝集表面膜(31)を生成し、反応器(11;11’;11”;53)が 入口と出口(47、49)を有していて、気体が表面膜(31)を通過するのを 可能とすることを特徴とする装置。 12.ノズル(15)が回転対称形、たとえば、外方へ湾曲した出口(21)を 備えた洋ナシ状の内部空間(19)を有しており、液体供給管(23)がノズル の内部空間(19)に接線方向でつながっていることを特徴とする請求項11に 記載の装置。 13.反応器(11;11’;11”;53)が好ましくは垂直に配置されたチ ューブ(13)で形成されており、ノズル(15)がチューブと同心に配置され ていることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の装置。 14.放射線源(17)がノズル(15)の軸線に配置されていることを特徴と する請求項11ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 15.上下に配置されている複数のノズル(15、15’)が反応器(11’) に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11ないし14のいずれか一項に記載 の装置。 16.液体を収集し、これを個々のノズル(15)へ連続的に送る手段が設けら れていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。 17.反応器が放射線透過製材料からなっていることを特徴とする請求項11な いし16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 18.チューブ(13’)を包囲して、液体を供給する環状空間を形成する反応 器のハウジング(81)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11ないし1 7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 19.反応器の内部壁(35)が放射線反射コーティングを有していることを特 徴とする請求項11ないし16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 20.複数のチューブがチューブまたは反応器の束(55)を形成するために組 み合わされることを特徴とする請求項11ないし19のいずれか一項に記載の装 置。 21.反応器から流入する液体のための集水部(63)が設けられており、かつ 集水部(63)が液体搬送手段(69)と連通していることを特徴とする請求項 11ないし20のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 22.気体入口(47)と気体出口(49)の間に、気体を循環させるための接 続が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11ないし21のいずれか一項に記 載の装置。 23.液体を供給する供給管を設けるか、および/または照射によって活動可能 な化合物を添加する供給管(73)を設けることを特徴とする請求項11ないし 22のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
