Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生き餌微生物を殺菌剤で処理することにより、水産養殖において前記生き餌 微生物を添加した結果である細菌汚染を減少させるに当たり、 前記生き餌微生物を殺菌剤イソチアゾリン誘導体で処理することを特徴とす る水産養殖における細菌汚染減少方法。 2.前記生き餌微生物を増殖培地中で、該増殖培地中における細菌の増殖を減少 させるのに有効な濃度の前記細菌剤イソチアゾリン誘導体の存在下に養殖するこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記生き餌微生物を、前記殺菌剤イソチアゾリン誘導体が添加されている孵 化培地中で、包嚢から発育させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 4.前記イソチアゾリン誘導体を前記包嚢に、前記孵化培地中において前記有効 量を達成する量で付着させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5.前記有効量は1〜7ppm、好ましくは1.5〜4ppm、一層好ましくは 約2ppmであることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の方法。 6.前記生き餌微生物を、前記殺菌剤イソチアゾリン誘導体が富化培地中におけ る細菌の増殖を減少させるのに有効な量で添加されている富化培地中において、 さらに富化することを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一つの項に記載の方法 。 7.前記殺菌剤イソチアゾリン誘導体を、前記富化培地を製造するための富化用 生成物中に含有させることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 8.前記イソチアゾリン誘導体が4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの誘導体である ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つの項に記載の方法。 9.前記イソチアゾリン誘導体が5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン ―3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの少なくとも一方 を含有していることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。 10.細菌剤で処理した水産養殖用生き餌微生物の包嚢において、 前記包嚢が殺菌剤イソチアゾリン誘導体によって被覆されていることを特徴 とする包嚢。 11.前記包嚢がアルテミアの包嚢であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の包 嚢。 12.前記包嚢が、前記孵化培地中における細菌の増殖を減少させるのに有効な イソチアゾリン誘導体濃度を前記孵化培地中において達成するのに有効な量の前 記イソチアゾリン誘導体によって被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項10ま たは11記載の包嚢。 13.水産養殖に用いる生き餌微生物用の富化培地を製造するための富化用生成 物において、 前記富化用生成物が、前記富化培地中における細菌の増殖を減少させるのに 有効な量で、殺菌剤イソチアゾリン誘導体を含有していることを特徴とする富化 用生成物。
