Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.圧縮空気を生じさせるための圧縮機区分と、圧縮空気の第1の部分を加熱し て高温圧縮ガスを生じさせるための燃焼区分と、高温圧縮ガスを膨張させるため のタービン区分とを有し、タービン区分内にはロータが配置され、ロータには複 数の動翼が取り付けられ、動翼の各々は、翼幹部及び翼根部を有し、翼根部はプ ラットホームを有し、該プラットホームから翼幹部が延び、さらに圧縮機区分か らの圧縮空気の第2の部分をプラットホームを通って流れるよう差し向けること によって翼根部のプラットホームを冷却させるための手段が設けられていること を特徴とするガスタービン。 2.翼根部プラットホーム冷却手段は、翼根部のプラットホームに形成された第 1のほぼ軸方向に延びる冷却用空気通路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の ガスタービン。 3.翼幹部は各々、負圧面と正圧面を有し、第1のほぼ軸方向に延びる冷却用空 気通路は、負圧面の反対側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2記載のガス タービン。 4.翼幹部は各々、負圧面と正圧面を有し、第1のほぼ軸方向に延びる冷却用空 気通路は、正圧面の反対側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2記載のガス タービン。 5.翼プラットホーム冷却手段は、翼根部プラットホームに形成されていて、負 圧面と反対側に位置した第2のほぼ軸方向に延びる冷却用空気通路を含むことを 特徴とする請求項4記載のガスタービン。 6.翼根部は、プラットホームに連結された半径方向に延びるシャンク部分を有 し、プラットホームの一部はシャンク部分を横方向に越えて延び、第1のほぼ軸 方向に延びる冷却用空気通路は、プラットホームの翼方向に延びる部分に形成さ れていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のガスタービン。 7.翼根部プラットホームは、上流側の面と下流側の面を有し、第1のほぼ軸方 向に延びる冷却用空気通路は、下流側の面に形成された出口を有することを特徴 とする請求項2記載のガスタービン。 8.翼根部プラットホームを冷却するための手段は、第1のほぼ軸方向に延びる 冷却用空気通路に連結されたほぼ半径方向に延びる冷却用空気通路を含むことを 特徴とする請求項2記載のガスタービン。 9.ほぼ半径方向に延びる冷却用空気通路は、圧縮空気の第2の部分を受け入れ るための入口を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載のガスタービン。 10.翼根部プラットホームを冷却するための手段は、圧縮空気の第2の部分を第 1のほぼ軸方向に延びる通路に差し向けるための手段をさらに有することを特徴 とする請求項2記載のガスタービン。 11.ロータの少なくとも一部を包囲するハウジングをさらに有し、圧縮空気の第 2の部分を第1のほぼ軸方向に延びる通路に差し向けるための手段は、ハウジン グとロータとの間の形成された環状通路を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載 のガスタービン。 12.圧縮空気を生じさせるための圧縮機区分と、圧縮空気の第1の部分を加熱し て高温ガスを生じさせるための燃焼区分と、高温圧縮ガスを膨張させるためのロ ータが設けられたタービン区分とを有するガスタービンにおいて、タービン翼は 、翼幹部と、翼をロータに取り付けるための手段及びプラットホームを有する翼 根部を有し、プラットホームから翼幹部が延び、プラットホームには、第1のほ ぼ軸方向に延びる冷却用空気通路が形成されていることを特徴とするガスタービ ン。 13.翼幹部は各々、負圧面及び正圧面を有し、翼根部は各々シャンク部分を有し 、プラットホームの第1の部分は、負圧面の反対側に配置されると共にシャンク 部分から張り出し、第1のほぼ軸方向に延びる冷却用空気通路は、プラットホー ムの第1の部分に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のタービン 翼。 14.プラットホームには第2の軸方向に延びる冷却用空気通路が形成され、プラ ットホームの第2の部分は、正圧面の反対側に配置されてシャンク部分から張り 出し、第2のほぼ軸方向に延びる冷却用空気通路は、プラットホームの第2の部 分に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載のタービン。 15.プラットホームは上流側の面及び下流側の面を有し、第1のほぼ軸方向に延 びる冷却用空気通路は、下流側の面に形成された出口を有することを特徴とする 請求項12記載のガスタービン翼。 16.翼根部プラットホームは、ほぼ軸方向に延びる冷却用空気通路に連結された ほぼ半径方向に延びる冷却用空気通路をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1 2記載のタービン翼。 17.圧縮空気を生じさせるための圧縮機区分と、圧縮空気の第1の部分を加熱し て高温圧縮ガスを生じさせるための燃焼区分と、ロータが設けられていて、高温 圧縮ガスを膨張させるためのタービン区分とを有するガスタービンにおいて、タ ービン翼は翼幹部と、翼をロータに取り付けるための手段及びプラットホームを 有する翼根部とを有し、プラットホームからは翼幹部が延び、プラットホームは 軸方向における長さを有すると共に、このプラットホームの長さの大部分にわた って冷却用空気通路が形成されていることを特徴とするガスタービン。
