Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.帯電した粒子の噴霧または流れを発生する位置を画定する手段と、上記位置 と周辺領域との間に高電圧を発生する高電圧発生器とを有し、高電圧発生器が高 電圧を発生するように相互に接続された別個の電圧発生要素の大きなアレイから 成っていることを特徴とする、帯電した粒子の噴霧または流れを発生する装置。 2.高電圧発生器が固体装置である請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 3.静電噴霧すべき物質を放出できる放出口を備え、この放出口が上記位置と組 み合わされ、アレイの要素が相互に接続されて装置から物質の静電噴霧を行うの 十分な高電圧を発生するようにした請求の範囲1または2に記載の装置。 4.電圧発生要素が少なくとも1kVの電圧出力を発生するように相互に接続され る請求の範囲1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 5.片手で自蔵型ユニットとして運ぶのに適した寸法にされた手持ち使用に適し た請求の範囲1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 6.電圧発生要素が放射線感応性である請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか一項に記載 の装置。 7.照射時に少なくとも1kVの電圧出力を発生するように作動できる相互に接続 された放射線感応要素の大きなアレイから成る集積型固体装置の形態の高電圧発 生器。 8.アレイが周囲の放射線によって照射されるように配置された請求の範囲6ま たは7に記載の高電圧発生器。 9.周囲の放射線に対してアレイを選択的に露出及び遮蔽させる手段を備えた請 求の範囲8に記載の高電圧発生器。 10.上記手段が、周囲に対してアレイを露出させるまたは遮蔽する位置の間 で可動である放射線遮蔽装置の形式である請求の範囲9に記載の高電圧発生器。 11.遮蔽装置が取外し可能なカバーを備え、このカバーが、装置に装着した時、 アレイの照射を防止し、取り外した時にはアレイの照射を可能し、それによりカ バーの着脱によってスィチング機能が得られる請求の範囲10に記載の高電圧発生 器。 12.シールドすなわちカバーが、周囲の放射線に対してアレイの露出程度を変え るように調節できる請求の範囲10または11に記載の高電圧発生器。 13.アレイが装置の放射線源形成部分によって照射されるように配列される請求 の範囲6または7に記載の装置。 14.アレイの露出が使用者の制御できるアクチュエータによって制御される請求 の範囲8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の高電圧発生器。 15.アクチュエータが装置の出口への物質の供給を制御するように作動できる請 求の範囲14に記載の高電圧発生器。 16.発生器が二極出力を発生するように構成される請求の範囲1〜15のいずれか 一項に記載の装置。 17.二つの電圧発生器及び電圧出力を交互に用いて二極出力を発生させる手段を 備えた請求の範囲1〜6、8〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 18.アレイが、電圧発生要素の多数の副セットに分割され、各副セットがそれと 組合さったそれぞれのスイッチング素子を備えている請求の範囲1〜17のいずれ か一項に記載の装置。 19.スイッチング素子が放射線感応性であり、またスイッチを照射してそれらを 作動させ副セットを相互に接続させる手段が設けられる請求の範囲18項に記載の 装置。 20.電圧発生要素の固体アレイをm列、n行から成るマトリックスで製造し 、導電性通路で各要素を隣接した各列及び行にリンク結合し、その後選択した導 電性通路を除去することから成ることを特徴とする高電圧発生器の製造法。 21.電圧発生要素の固体アレイを製造し、それらを互いにリンク結合して使用時 にアレイが少なくとも1kVの電圧出力を発生する形態にした高電圧発生器の製造 法。 22.上記形態が、アレイの最初の製造に続いて、電圧発生要素間の既存の電気的 リンクを除去するか及び(または)電気的リンクを加えることによって得られる 請求の範囲21に記載の製造法。 23.正の高電圧を発生するように相互に接続された電圧発生要素の第1の大きな アレイと、負の高電圧を発生するように相互に接続された電圧発生要素の第2の 大きなアレイと、第1、第2のアレイからの電圧を組合わせて二極高電圧出力を 発生させる手段とを有することを特徴とする固体電圧発生器。 24.第1、第2のアレイが基板上に支持された電圧発生要素の単一の大きなアレ イの副セットである請求の範囲23に記載の固体電圧発生器。
