Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ある程度離れて位置する複数の金属付着物(3)を含んでいて各金属付 着物の少なくとも一部が担体材料の外側表面に露出するように担体材料(2)に 結合していて、研磨材が上記金属付着物内に埋め込まれているか或は上記金属付 着物の上部表面に接着しており、ここで、上記金属付着物が公知電気メッキ技術 、例えば電着、無電付着または真空蒸着などで得たものである研磨用品(1)で あって、結合剤(11)の層が、該担体材料(2)の1つの側に、上記結合剤の 層が該担体材料を位置させる側から該金属付着物(3)内に生じた空洞部(10 )の中に連続的に広がるように付着していることを特徴とする研磨用品。 2. 該結合剤(11)がプラスチックである請求の範囲第1項記載の研磨用 品。 3. 該空洞部(10)がアンダーカット空洞部である請求の範囲先行項のい ずれか1項記載の研磨用品。 4. 該担体材料(2)が非導電性材料である請求の範囲先行項のいずれか1 項記載の研磨用品。 5. 該担体材料(2)が導電性材料である請求の範囲第1−3項の1項記載 の研磨用品。 6. 該電着過程で用いる陰極(6)の露出部分(7)の表面(12)が、マ スク(9)で露出させる担体材料(2)部分の表面より少なくとも2倍狭い請求 の範囲先行項のいずれか1項記載の研磨用品。 7. 金属付着物(3)を公知様式で担体材料(2)に付着させそして上記方 法で要求される陰極(6)をその生じた研磨用品から取り除くことで請求の範囲 先行項のいずれか1項記載の研磨用品を製造する方法 であって、結合剤(11)の層を担体材料(2)の少なくとも1つの側に上記結 合剤(11)が少なくとも1つの空洞部(10)を少なくとも部分的に満たすよ うに付着させることを特徴とする方法。 8. 該結合剤(11)を液状形態で付着させる請求の範囲第7項記載の方法 。 9. 該結合剤(11)をペースト形態で付着させる請求の範囲第7項記載の 方法。 10. 該結合剤(11)が付着後に固化するか或はそれを硬化させる請求の 範囲第7−9項の1項記載の方法。
