Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも35重量%の最終520℃+転化率を達成する残渣炭化水素油の 熱分解法であって、 (a)加熱炉で残渣炭化水素油原料を最終520℃+転化率の30〜45%に達 するために十分な時間400〜510℃の範囲の温度まで加熱する段階と、 (b)段階(a)で生成された部分転化熱炭化水素油と、ソーカー内の炭化水素 油の温度を直接熱交換により420〜650℃の範囲の値に維持するために十分 高い温度をもつ熱水素含有ガスをソーカーに供給し、ソーカー内で最終520℃ +転化率の100%までを実施する段階と、 (c)ソーカーから水素含有ガスを含むガス留分と分解残渣油を回収する段階を 含む前記方法。 2.(d)段階(c)で回収した分解残渣油を1種以上のアスファルテン低含有 留分とアスファルテン高含有ボトム留分に分離する段階を更に含む請求項1に記 載の方法。 3.(e)段階(d)からのアスファルテン高含有ボトム留分を酸素と水蒸気の 存在下に部分酸化し、熱合成ガスを生成する段階を更に含む請求項2に記載の方 法。 4.段階(e)で生成された熱合成ガスの少なくとも一部を段階(b)で熱水素 含有ガスとして使用する請求項3に記載の方法。 5.請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法におけるストリッピング媒体と しての水素含有ガスの使用。
