Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.注型複合材料製品であって、重合体母材および異なる充填剤の2区域、前記 製品は2つの向かい合う表面を持ちほぼ平坦であること、そのような製品の第1 区域は、充填剤プラス母材の重量をもとにして10から80重量%の範囲のレベ ルで充填剤を有する製品の1つの表面を含むこと、および、第2区域は、前記第 1の表面と向かい合い、いずれも充填剤およびバブルプラス母材の重量をもとに して5から60重量%の充填剤および3から30重量%のバブルを有する第2の 表面を含むこと、前記第1および第2区域は、本質的に2つの区域間に無充填剤 母材層のない連続体を形成することを特徴とする注型複合材料製品。 2.充填剤が、アルミナ3水和物、アルミナ、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム、充填ま たは無充填樹脂の粉砕粒子、ガラス、および天然石材料からなる群から選ばれ、 そして、バブルは、ガラスおよび重合性微小球、フライアッシュ、パーライト、 および他の天然に存在するバブル形態の材料の群から選ばれ、前記重合体は、ア クリル酸、メタクリル酸、アルキル基に1から18個の炭素原子を持つアクリル 酸アルキルおよびメタクリル酸アルキル、スチレン、置換スチレン、酢酸ビニル 、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル、無水マレイン酸、マレイン酸エステ ル、イタコン酸およびイタコン酸エステルから選択された少なくとも1つの単量 体(架橋している二量体、三量体または四量体を伴っているかあるいは伴ってい ない)から調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注型製品。 3.前記第1の表面上に硬い表面の追加の層を有し、前記の硬い表面は、耐引掻 性および耐磨耗性をもたらすにたる程十分に硬い重合体母材および充填材を含む ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の注型製品。 4.充填剤は、アルミナ、シリカ、炭酸カルシウムおよび天然石材料からなる群 から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の注型製品。 5.第1の区域において、充填材は、約30から70ミクロンの範囲の平均粒子 サイズを持つ約45から65%のアルミナ3水和物を含み、第2区域において、 充填材は約3から14ミクロンの範囲の平均粒子サイズを持つ約30から60% の炭酸カルシウムおよび約30から100ミクロンの範囲の平均粒子サイズを持 つ5から15%のガラスバブルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注型製 品。 6.組成が第1区域に類似の第3区域は、第2区域の解放面に隣接し、前記第1 、第2、および第3区域は、各層間に無充填母材の層が本質的にない連続体を形 成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の注型製品。 7.第1区域の充填材は、3から100ミクロンの範囲の平均粒子サイズを持つ 約10から50%のアルミナ3水和物、および50ミクロンから20ミリメート ルの範囲の平均粒子サイズを持つ5から70%の充填もしくは無充填樹脂の粉砕 粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の注型製品。
