Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.トリプシノーゲン−2についてのイムノアッセイであって、サンプル中の 分析物の量を測定することを特徴とし、ここでこの分析物が、 −血清中のアルファ−1−抗トリプシンと複合したトリプシン−2(トリプシン −2−AAT)又は −尿中のトリプシノーゲン−2、 のいづれかである、イムノアッセイ。 2.前記分析物を含んで成るサンプルを前記分析物に対する特異性を有する捕 獲抗体とインキュベートすることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記サンプルのインキュベーションを競合ラベル化分析物の存在下で実施 することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。 4.前記分析物を、前記捕獲抗体とは異なる前記分析物の部位に対する特異性 を有するラベル化検出抗体とインキュベートすることを特徴とする、請求項2記 載の方法。 5.前記捕獲抗体が固相に結合していることを特徴とする、請求項2,3又は 4記載の方法。 6.前記分析物がトリプシン−2−AAT であり、前記捕獲抗体に結合したトリ プシン−2−AAT 複合体を前記検出抗体とのインキュベーションの前に遊離AAT から分離させることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記ラベルが酵素、放射性同位元素、蛍光体、ホスホレッセンスもしくは ルミネッセンスマーカー、有色粒子、又は前記マーカーに結合できる結合性部位 であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいづれか1項記載の方法。 8.前記捕獲抗体がトリプシノーゲン−2又はトリプシン−2に特異的である ことを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいづれか1項記載の方法。 9.前記検出抗体がAAT に対して特異的であることを特徴とする、請求項6記 載の方法。 10.実質的に純粋なトリプシン−2−AAT 複合体。 11.トリプシノーゲン−2が尿に由来することを特徴とする、実質的に純粋な トリプシノーゲン−2調製品。 12.膵臓炎と、一方ではその他の膵臓障害とを、そして他方では非膵臓障害と を判別するための方法であって、血清中のトリプシン−2−AAT の濃度を測定す ることを特徴とする方法。 13.膵臓炎と、一方ではその他の膵臓障害とを、そして他方では非膵臓障害と を判別するための方法であって、尿中のトリプシノーゲン−2の濃度を測定する ことを特徴とする方法。
