(57)【要約】 本発明は,車両特に商用車の剛性車軸(1)のための懸架装置であって,車両の各側でほぼ同じ高さのところに車両縦方向に延び車両車軸を車両上構と鉛直に可動に結合する少なくとも1つの縦揺れ止め(2・3)と,これらの縦揺れ止めと高さを異ならせて一面では中央でかつ他面では側方にずらしたところで車両車軸(1)若しくは車両上構に連接されている三角形揺れ止め(4)と,側方の揺れ運動をねじり応力によって抑制するトーションバーから成るスタビライザーバー(6)とが設けられている形式のものに関する。この配置において,スタビライザーバー(6)は直接に縦揺れ止め(2・3)の間に配置されている。スタビライザーバーの端部は自在継ぎ手状に,しかし回動不能に,縦揺れ止め(2・3)と結合されている。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 車両の剛性車軸のための懸架装置 本発明は,請求項1の上位概念に記載した車両特に商用車の剛性車軸のための 懸架装置に関する。 両方の車両側に配置され一面では車両車軸にかつ他面では車両上構に枢着され ている縦揺れ止めと,一面では車両中心で中央枢着部によって大抵は車両車軸に 固定されかつ他面ではその両方のステーの端部を車両上構に枢着されている三角 形揺れ止めと,上方から見て大抵はu字形のスタビライザーバーとによって車軸 案内を行う車軸懸架装置は公知であり,この場合スタビライザーバーの折り曲げ られた脚端部は互いに側方に間隔をおいて車両上構に,ある程度自在継ぎ手状に ,取り付けられており,スタビライザーバーのウエブ部分は少なくとも2つのス タビライザー支承部によって車両車軸に,車両縦方向に対する横軸線を中心とし て可動に,支承されている。 本発明の根底をなす課題は,このような車軸懸架装置をより簡単に,わずかな 所要スペース及び製作費で構成することである。 この課題は請求項1の上位概念による車軸案内装置において請求項1の構成特 徴によって解決される。 この構成特徴によって,車軸案内要素と車両車軸に 対する車両上構の横安定化要素との一体化が達成される。スタビライザーバーは 直接に車軸案内のための縦揺れ止めの間に配置されていて,これらの縦揺れ止め と,自体公知の摩擦のわずかな支承要素によって回動不能に,しかし車両縦方向 に対して横にカルダン状に可動に,結合されている。本発明による構成の特別な 利点は,車両上構及び車両車軸に存在している支承要素を使用して,既存の車軸 案内要素を本発明によって構成された車軸懸架装置によって置換することが可能 なことである。 スタビライザーバーを支承するための特別な配置スペースはもはや必要でない 。車両車軸並びに車両上構にはスタビライザーバーのための支承要素はない。し たがって本発明による車軸懸架装置は公知の構造のものに比して安価である。す なわち本発明による車軸懸架装置は部品の数がわずかで,組立が簡単である。し かも機能上の利点も生ずる。スタビライザーバーは真っ直ぐなバーとして使用す ることができ,その製作費も安価になる。有利な1実施例では,トーションバー として構成されたスタビライザーバーの端部はそれぞれ少なくとも2つの箇所で 縦揺れ止めと,車両縦方向に対して可動に,結合され,したがって一面では縦揺 れ止めに対するスタビライザーバーの回動不能な結合が達成され,他面ではこの 結合部は,車両の横方向に充分に可動に,構成しておくことができる。車軸案内 のための縦揺れ止めの間にスタビライザーバーを配置することは,車両車軸にお ける縦揺れ止めの枢着部と車両上構における縦揺れ止めの枢着部との間の任意の 箇所で行うことができる。しかしスタビライザーバーと車軸案内のための縦揺れ 止めとの結合部を車両車軸における縦揺れ止めの支承部と組み合わせることも可 能である。 図面には本発明の実施例が部分的に概略的に示されている。 図1は第1実施例の平面図である。 図2は図1の部分の側面図である。 図3は別の実施例の平面図である。 図4は図3の部分の側面図である。 図示の実施例において,車両車軸1は,両方の車両側で車両の縦中心から大き な間隔をおいて,縦揺れ止め2及び3によって,かつ車両中心のところで高さ位 置をずらして配置されている三角形揺れ止め4によって,図面を見やすくするた めに図示されていない車両上構と結合されている。縦揺れ止め2及び3の,剛性 車軸1との枢着結合部及び車両上構との枢着結合部並びに三角形揺れ止め4の両 方のステーの自由端部の枢着部は,車両上構に対する車両車軸1のねじりを可能 にするために,カルダン型に構成されている。三角形揺れ止め4は車両車軸1の 中心の中央枢着部5に固定されている。 図1及び図2に示した実施例においては,安定化バー6が縦揺れ止め2と3と の間に配置されていて,その端部をそれぞれ両方の縦揺れ止め2及び3の一方と 回動不能に,しかし車両の縦方向に一定の限度内で可動に,結合されている。こ のために図1及び図2に示した配置では,安定化バー端部は,縦揺れ止めの互い に間隔をおいた2つの箇所7及び8に取り付けられており,この場合この取り付 け部は,補償運動を可能にするために,カルダン式に可動である。有利には,枢 着のために,ラジアル継ぎ手として構成された玉継ぎ手が使用される。この実施 例においては,安定化バー6の配置,及び図示していない車両上構との両方の縦 揺れ止め2及び3の枢着部9の近くでの縦揺れ止め2及び3との安定化バーの結 合が示されている。 図3及び4に示した実施例は変化形を示し,この場合安定化バー6は,車両車 軸1における縦揺れ止め2及び3の他方の端部の枢着部10の近くに配置されて いる。この実施例では,安定化バー6の端部は多角形の横断面成形部をもって縦 揺れ止め2及び3の対応する切り欠き部内にカルダン式に可動に係合しており, したがって他面において回動不能の結合が生ぜしめられる。 符号リスト 1 車両車軸, 2 縦揺れ止め, 3 縦揺れ止め, 4 三角形揺れ止め, 5 中央枢着部, 6 安定化バー, 7 固定点, 8 固定点, 9 枢 着部, 10 枢着部

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両特に商用車の剛性車軸のための懸架装置であって,車両の各側でほぼ 同じ高さのところに車両縦方向に延び車両車軸を車両上構と鉛直に可動に結合す る少なくとも1つの縦揺れ止めと,これらの縦揺れ止めと高さを異ならせて一面 では中央でかつ他面では側方にずらしたところで車両車軸若しくは車両上構に連 接されている三角形揺れ止めと,側方の揺れ運動をねじり応力によって抑制する トーションバーから成るスタビライザーバーとが設けられている形式のものにお いて,スタビライザーバー(6)が直接に縦揺れ止め(2・3)の間に配置され ており,スタビライザーバーの端部は自在継ぎ手状に,しかし回動不能に,縦揺 れ止め(2・3)と結合されていることを特徴とする,車両の剛性車軸のための 懸架装置。 2.スタビライザーバー(6)の端部がそれぞれ少なくとも2つの箇所で縦揺 れ止め(2・3)と,車両縦方向に可動に,結合されていることを特徴とする, 請求項1記載の車軸懸架装置。 3.縦揺れ止め(2・3)とのスタビライザーバー(6)の回動不能な結合部 が,車両上構及び車両車軸に対する縦揺れ止め(2・3)の枢着部(9・10) の間に配置されている,請求項1又は2記載の車軸懸架装置。
