Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.支持体上に直接施与されている金属性硬質物質からなる第一単層および第一 単層の上に施与された周期的に繰り返されて連続している金属性硬質物質および 別の硬質物質からなる他の単層を有する多数の単層からなる磨耗保護膜において 、別の硬質物質が共有結合の硬質物質であり、3つの単層からなる複合物が周期 的に繰り返されて連続するように単層が構成されており、この場合、複合物は、 2つの異なる金属性硬質物質の2つの単層および共有結合の硬質物質からなる1 つの単層からなることを特徴とする、磨耗保護膜。 2.複合物が窒化チタンおよび炭化チタンからなる2つの単層および共有結合の 硬質物質炭化硼素からなる1つの単層から構成されている、請求項1に記載の磨 耗保護膜。 3.単層の数が10〜1000である、請求項1または2に記載の磨耗保護膜。 4.共有結合の硬質物質からなる単層の厚さが、多くとも、金属性硬質物質から なる単層の厚さの半分である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の磨耗 保護膜。 5.共有結合の硬質物質からなる単層の厚さが1〜30nmである、請求項1か ら4までのいずれか1項 に記載の磨耗保護膜。 6.全体の厚さが1〜10μmである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記 載の磨耗保護膜。
