- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記の化学式の所望の化合物もしくはその炭素または異種原子共役体を調製 する方法であって、 ここにおいて、X1−X3はそれぞれ独立にCH2、O、NHまたはS; YはCH2、O、NHまたはS; ZはCH2、O、NHまたはS;および R1−R6はそれぞれ独立にHまたは好適なアルコール保護基; 当該方法が、 a)以下の化学式の求電子物質 ここにおいて X’はH、ハロゲン、CN、アルキル、アリールまたは異種原子;および 各々のR’は独立に何れかの好適なアルコール保護基;もしアルコールがC2 およびC3であったら同じでも異なっていてもよい;または 下記の化学式の求電子物質と ここにおいて、 X’’はH、ハロゲン、CN、アルキル、アリールまたは異種原子; 各々のR’’は独立に何れかのアルコール保護基;もしアルコールがC2およ びC3であったら同じ保護基によって保護される必要が無い;および、 R’’’は、H、CBZ、トシルまたは何れかの置換または置換されていない アリールスルホン酸アミド、ベンジルまたはCO2メチルである。 と適当な求核物質と好適な条件でカップリングさせ; b)カップリング反応を所望の化学式(1)の化合物を得るまでくり返し;そ して c)必要に応じて工程b)の化合物を保護しない 各工程からなることを特徴とする方法。 2.X’がH、BrまたはClである前記化学式2の求核物質を、化学式RMで あってRがメチル、メチルシクロヘキシルまたはフェニルであり;MがMg、S n、CuまたはPdである有機金属試薬からなる前記求核物質と適当な条件下で カップリングさせることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.X’’がH、BrまたはClである前記化学式3の求核物質を、化学式RM であってRがメチル、メチルシクロヘキシルまたはフェニルであり;MがMg、 Sn、CuまたはPdである有機金属試薬からなる前記求核物質と適当な条件下 でカップリングさせることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4.前記所望の化学式1の化合物が、シクリトール共役体、および炭水化物共役 体、またはそれらの半−または完全環状炭素アナログからなる群から選択される ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5.前記所望の化学式1の化合物が、GM3(54)、シアリルLewisX( 56)または何れかの炭素または異種原子共役体であることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項記載の方法。 6.前記所望の化学式1の化合物が、(1R,2S,5S,6S)−4−クロロ −5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシ−2−メチルシクロヘキサ−3−エン−1 −オール(25)、(1R,2S,5S,6S)−(4−クロロ−5,6−イソ プロピリデンジオキシ−2−シクロヘキシルメチルシクロヘキサ−3−エン−1 −オール(26)、(1R,2R,5R,6S)−2,4−ジ(シクロヘキシル メチル)−5,6−イソプロピリデン−ジオキシシクロヘキサ−3−エン−1− オール(27)、(1R,5R,6S)−5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシ− 4,4−ジフェニルシクロヘキサ−2−エン−1−オール(29)、(1R,2 S,5R,6S)−5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシ−4−メチルシクロヘキ サ−3−エン−1−オール(30)、(1R,2S,5R,6S)−5,6−イ ソプロピリデンジオキシ−2−メチルシクロヘキサ−3−エン−1−オール(3 1)、(1R,4S,5R,6S)−4−シクロヘキシルメチル−5,6−イソ プロピリデンジオキシシクロヘキサ−2−エン−1−オール(32)、(1R, 2R,5R,6S)−2−シクロヘキシルメチル−5,6−イソプロピリデンジ オキシシクロヘキサ−3−エン−1−オール(33)、(1R,2R,5R,6 S)−5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシ−2−メチルシクロヘキサ−3−エン −1−オール(35)、(1R,2R,5R,6S)−5,6−イソプロピリデ ンジオキシ−2−フェニルシクロヘキサ−3−エン−1−オール(36)、(1 R,2S,5R,6S)−N−(5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシ−2,4− ジフェニルシクロヘキサ−3−エニル)−(4’−メチルフェニル)スルホンア ミド(37)、(1R,5R,6S)−N−(4,4−ジフェニル−5,6−イ ソプロピリデンジオキシシクロヘキサ−2−エニル)−(4’−メチルフェニル )スルホンアミド(38)、(1R,2R,5R,6S)−N−[2,4−ジ( シクロヘキシルメチル)−5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシシクロヘキサ−3 −エニル]−4’−メチルフェニル)スルホンアミド(39)、(1R,2S, 5S,6S)−N−(4−クロロ− 5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシ−2−メチルシクロヘキサ−3−エニル)− (4’メチルフェニル)スルホンアミド(40)、(1R,4S,5R,6S) −N−(4−シクロヘキシルメチル−5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシシクロ ヘキサ−2−エニル]−4’−メチルフェニル)スルホンアミド(41)、(1 R,4R,5R,6S)−N−(5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシ−4−フェ ニルシクロヘキサ−2−エニル]−(4’−メチルフェニル)スルホンアミド( 42)、(1R,2R,5R,6S)−N−(5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキ シ−2−フェニルシクロヘキサ−3−エニル)−(4’−メチルフェニル)スル ホンアミド(43)、(1R,2R)−N−(6−ヒドロキシシクロヘキサ−2 ,4−ジエノイル)−(4’−メチルフエニル)スルホンアミド(24)、およ び(1R,2S,5R,6S)−N−(5,6−イソプロピリデンジオキシ−2 −メチルシクロヘキサ−3−エニル)−(4’メチルフェニル)スルホンアミド (44)からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方 法。 7.synthonとして有用な、下記の化学式の化合物。 (ここにおいて、 X’’はH、ハロゲン、CN、アルキル、アリールまたは異種原子; 各々のR’’は独立に何れかのアルコール保護基;もしアルコールがC2およ びC3であったら同じでも異なっていてもよい;および、 R’’’は、H、CBZ、トシルまたは何れかの置換または置換されていない アリールスルホン酸アミド、ベンジルまたはCO2メチルである。) 8.(1R,4S,5S,6R)−3−クロロ−4,5−イソプロピリデンジオ キシ−7−(4’−メチル−フェニル)スルホニルビシクロ[4.1.0] ヘプト−2−エン(3a)、(1R,4R,5S,6R)−3−ブロモ−4,5 −イソプロピリデンジオキシ−7−(4’−メチルフェニル)スルホニルビシク ロ[4.1.0]ヘプト−2−エン(3c)、(1R,4R,5S,6R)−4 ,5−イソプロピリデンジオキシ−7−(4’−メチルフェニル)スルホニルビ シクロ[4.1.0]ヘプト−2−エン(3b)の何れかであることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第7項記載の化合物。
