Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.対応する通常の二倍体軟体類が自然に生息することのできる自然条件下で成 長し成熟することのできる生育可能な四倍体軟体類。 2.前記軟体類が二枚貝である請求項1記載の生育可能な四倍体軟体類。 3.前記軟体類がカキである請求項1記載の生育可能な四倍体軟体類。 4.前記カキが、クラソストレア・ギガス・ツンベルグ(Crassostrea gigas thu nberg)種に属する請求項3記載の生育可能な四倍体カキ。 5.前記カキが、プリンクタダ・マガラチフェラ(Princtada magaratifera)、ク ラソストレア・シカマイ(Crassostrea sikamai)、クラソストレア・リブラリス( Crassosterea rivularis)、及びクラソストレア・バージニカ(Crassostrea virg inica)からなる種から選択される請求項3記載の生育可能なカキ。 6.対応する通常の二倍体軟体類が自然に生息することのできる自然条件下で成 長し成熟することができ、三倍体雌軟体類と二倍体雄軟体類とから、受精卵から の極体Iの放出をブロックすることによって製造される生育可能な四倍体軟体類 の特性を有する生育可能な四倍体軟体類。 7.前記軟体類が二枚貝である請求項6記載の生育可能な四倍体軟体類。 8.前記軟体類がカキである請求項6記載の生育可能な四倍体軟体類。 9.前記カキが、クラソストレア・ギガス・ツンベルグ(Crassostrea gigas thu nberg)種に属する請求項8記載の生育可能な四倍体軟体類。 10.前記カキが、プリンクタダ・マガラチフェラ(Princtada magaratifera)、 クラソストレア・シカマイ(Crassostrea sikamai)、クラソストレア・リブラリ ス(Crassosterea rivularis)、及びクラソストレア・バージニカ(Crassostrea v irginica)からなる種から選択される請求項8記載の生育可能な四倍体軟体類。 11.(i)三倍体雌軟体類からの卵を、二倍体雄軟体類からの精子で受精させ 、(ii)受精卵からの極体Iの放出をブロックし、(iii)該受精卵を培養 することからなる生育可能な四倍体軟体類の製造方法。 12.前記軟体類が二枚貝である請求項11記載の方法。 13.前記軟体類がカキである請求項11記載の方法。 14.前記カキが、クラソストレア・ギガス・ツンベルグ(Crassostrea gigas t hunberg)種に属する請求項11記載の方法。 15.前記カキが、プリンクタダ・マガラチフェラ(Princtada magaratifera)、 クラソストレア・シカマイ(Crassostrea sikamai)、クラソストレア・リブラリ ス(Crassosterea rivularis)、及びクラソストレア・バージニカ(Crassostrea v irginica)からなる種から選択される請求項11記載の方法。 16.前記極体Iのブロックが、サイトカラシンBを用いて行われる請求項11 記載の方法。 17.前記極体Iのブロックが、サイトカラシンBを用いて行われる請求項12 記載の方法。 18.前記極体Iのブロックが、サイトカラシンBを用いて行われる請求項13 記載の方法。 19.前記極体Iのブロックが、サイトカラシンBを用いて行われる請求項14 記載の方法。 20.四倍体雌軟体類と二倍体雄軟体類とから、かけ合わせによって製造される 三倍体軟体類の特性を有する生育可能な三倍体軟体類。 21.前記軟体類が二枚貝である請求項20記載の生育可能な三倍体軟体類。 22.前記軟体類がカキである請求項20記載の生育可能な三倍体軟体類。 23.前記カキが、クラソストレア・ギガス・ツンベルグ(Crassostrea gigas t hunberg)種に属する請求項22記載の生育可能な三倍体カキ。 24.四倍体雌軟体類と二倍体雄軟体類とをかけ合わせることからなる三倍体軟 体類の製造方法。 25.製造される軟体類が二枚貝である請求項24記載の方法。 26.製造される軟体類がカキである請求項25記載の方法。 27.製造されるカキが、クラソストレア・ギガス・ツンベルグ(Crassostrea g igas thunberg)種に属する請求項26記載の方法。 28.四倍体雌軟体類と四倍体雄軟体類とをかけ合わせることからなる四倍体軟 体類の製造方法。 29.製造される軟体類が二枚貝である請求項28記載の方法。 30.製造される軟体類がカキである請求項28記載の方法。 31.製造されるカキが、クラソストレア・ギガス・ツンベルグ(Crassostrea g igas thunberg)種に属する請求項30記載の方法。 32.四倍体雌軟体類と四倍体雄軟体類とをかけ合わせることによって製造され た四倍体軟体類。 33.製造された軟体類が二枚貝である請求項32記載の四倍体軟体類。 34.製造された二枚貝がカキである請求項33記載の四倍体軟体類。 35.製造されたカキが、クラソストレア・ギガス・ツンベルグ(Crassostrea g igas thunberg)種に属する請求項34記載の四倍体カキ。
