Claims (7)
- 三倍体メス牡蠣の卵を二倍体オス牡蠣の精子と受精させる段階と;
前記受精された卵から第一極体の放出を阻止する段階と;及び
前記受精された卵を培養して生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する段階と;を含み、第一極体の放出阻止は、サイトカラシンB(CB)と6−ジメチルアミノプリン(DMAP)に、前記受精された卵を接触させる段階を含み、
前記接触は、前記受精された卵と、サイトカラシンB(CB)と6−ジメチルアミノプリン(DMAP)とを順次に接触させることである
生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する方法。 - 三倍体メス牡蠣の卵を二倍体オス牡蠣の精子と受精させる段階と;
前記受精された卵から第一極体の放出を阻止する段階と;及び
前記受精された卵を培養して生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する段階と;を含み、第一極体の放出阻止は、サイトカラシンB(CB)と6−ジメチルアミノプリン(DMAP)に、前記受精された卵を接触させる段階を含み、
前記接触は、サイトカラシンB(CB)と前記受精された卵を接触させた後、6−ジメチルアミノプリン(DMAP)と前記受精された卵とを接触させることである
生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する方法。 - 前記接触は、受精後5分にサイトカラシンB(CB)と前記受精された卵を接触させた後、受精後10分に6−ジメチルアミノプリン(DMAP)と前記受精された卵とを接触させることである
請求項2に記載の生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する方法。 - 前記接触は、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)の中の0.25ないし1.0ppm濃度のサイトカラシンB(CB)及びジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)の中の0.25ないし1.0ppm濃度の6−ジメチルアミノプリン(DMAP)に前記受精された卵を添加することである
請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に記載の生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する方法。 - 前記接触は、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)の中の0.25ないし0.75ppm濃度のサイトカラシンB(CB)及びジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)の中の0.25ないし0.75ppm濃度の6−ジメチルアミノプリン(DMAP)に前記受精された卵を添加することである
請求項4に記載の生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する方法。 - 前記接触は、受精された後5分ないし15分でなることである
請求項1または請求項2に記載の生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する方法。 - 前記培養は、18℃ないし30℃で塩度17pptないし33pptでなることである
請求項1または請求項2に記載の生育可能な四倍体牡蠣を生産する方法。
