Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.人体の一部に外圧を及ぼすための装置であって、人体各部をぴったり合うよ うに取り巻く装置(1)において、 形状記憶材料からなるコンポーネント(15)を有しており、前記コンポー ネントは、加熱されることによってその形状を変化させて装置の収縮をもたらし 、冷却されることによって元の形状に戻って前記収縮を停止するように適合せし められていることを特徴とする装置。 2.前記コンポーネントは、その内部を通して電流を流すことによって加熱され るべく適合せしめられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.使用時、実質上円筒形状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に 記載の容器。 4.フレキシブルな基部を有しており、前記コンポーネントは、前記基部の内部 および/または前記基部の表面上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜 請求項3のいずれかに記載の装置。 5.それぞれが1つの部分を構成する多数のコンポーネントを有しており、これ らの部分は、実質上、前記装置の円筒状のさやに対して実質上接線方向に向けら れた線上に配置され、他方のコンポーネントの部分(31)の前方に配置される 一方のコンポーネントの部分(30)を備えており、一方のコンポーネントの部 分は、他方のコンポーネントの部分との接続部(32)において、直接的にまた は間接的に電気的に絶縁されており、個々のコンポーネントは、独立に、各組毎 に独立に電流を供給するためのライン(33,34,35)に接続されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置。 6.及ぼされた圧力を測定するためのセンサ(40)を有していることを特徴と する請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の装置。 7.前記基部は、繊維材料から形成されており、前記形状記憶材料は、形状記憶 合金または形状記憶ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいず れかに記載の装置。 8.前記装置(1,3)は、航空機内の制御ユニットに接続されており、前記装 置は、制御装置が有害な重力を検出したときに圧力を及ぼすように適合せしめら れていることとを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の装置。 9.前記装置(37)は、制御ユニット(41)に接続されており、前記装置は 、トランスデューサ(39)によって人体の心臓の活動を検出する制御ユニット からのシグナルに基づいて収縮を繰り返すことによって圧力を及ぼすべく適合せ しめられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の装置。 10.前記コンポーネントは、加熱されることによって長さが縮むように形状を 記憶したワイヤ(15)からなっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9の いずれかに記載の装置。 11.前記コンポーネントは、非拘束状態において、加熱されることによって長 さが伸びるように形状を記憶した螺旋形状のスプリング(54)からなっている ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項10のいずれかに記載の装置。 12.前記コンポーネントは、最初ジグザグ形状に形成されており、加熱される ことによって蛇行流形状に変形すべく形状を記憶していることを特徴とする請求 項1〜請求項11のいずれかに記載の装置。 13.人体の一部に外圧を及ぼすための装置であって、人体各部をぴったり合う ように取り巻くべく形成された装置において、 形状記憶金属からなるコンポーネント(67)を有し、前記コンポーネント によって動かされる機械的エレメントによって一緒に引っ張られるように配置さ れていることを特徴とする装置。
