Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 放射方向に自己拡張可能なステント(10)を体内管部内の遠隔部にある 治療部位へ送り出す器具(20)において、 末端側部分(32)と基端側部分(33)とを有する螺旋状に巻回されたワイ ヤを有して構成されている細長い内部チューブ(30)と、 該内部チューブ(30)の少なくとも一部分を移動可能に取り囲む外側チュー ブ(50)と、 前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤの末端側部分(32)と基端側部分(33)と で前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤに結合される実質的に直線状の細長いワイヤ( 34)とを有して構成されることを特徴とするステント送り出し器具。 2. 請求項1記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記実質的に直線状の細長いワイヤ(34)は、前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイ ヤの内側に配置され、 前記ステント送り出し器具(20)が、横方向には柔軟性を有し、縦軸方向に は剛性を有することを特徴とするステント送り出し器具。 3. 請求項1記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記直線状のワイヤ(34)が、直径が約0.005インチ(0.127mm)から約0.01 インチ(0.254mm)である円形の断面を有することを特徴とするステント送り出 し器具。 4. 請求項1記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記直線状のワイヤ(34)が、一辺が約0.002インチ(0.051mm)から約0.01 2インチ(0.305mm)である長方形の断面を有することを特徴とするステント送り 出し器具。 5. 請求項1記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤが、一辺が約0.002インチ(0.051mm)から約0. 016インチ(0.406mm)である長方形の断面を有することを特徴とするステント送 り出し器具。 6. 請求項1記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤが、直径が約0.004インチ(0.102mm)から約0. 02インチ(0.51mm)である円形の断面を有することを特徴とするステント送り出 し器具。 7. 請求項1記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記直線状のワイヤ(34)および/あるいは前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤ が、ステンレス鋼、ニチノールのような超弾性を有する合金、ニッケルおよびそ の合金、チタンおよびその合金から構成されるグループから選択される材料から 形成されていることを特徴とするステント送り出し器具。 8. 放射方向に自己拡張可能なステント(10)を体内管部内の遠隔部にある 治療部位へ送り出す器具(20)において、 末端側部分と基端側部分とを有する螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤを有して構成さ れ、末端側部分と基端側部分とを有する細長い内部チューブ(30)と、 末端側部分と基端側部分とを有し、前記内部チューブの少なくとも前記末端側 部分を移動可能に取り囲む外側チューブ(50)と、 前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤの末端側部分と基端側部分とで前記螺旋状に巻 回されたワイヤに結合される実質的に直線状の細長いワイヤ(34)とを有して 構成され、 前記外側チューブ(50)には、その末端側部分において、少なくとも1つの サイドポート(54)が形成されていることを特徴とするステント送り出し器具 。 9. 請求項8記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記実質的に直線状の細長いワイヤ(34)は、前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイ ヤの内側に配置され、 前記ステント送り出し器具(20)が、横方向には柔軟性を有し、縦軸方向に は剛性を有することを特徴とするステント送り出し器具。 10. 放射方向に自己拡張可能なステント(10)を体内管部内の遠隔部にあ る治療部位へ送り出す器具(20)において、 末端側部分と基端側部分とを有する螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤを有して構成さ れる細長い内部チューブ(30)と、 該内部チューブ(30)の少なくとも一部分を移動可能に取り囲む外側チュー ブ(50)と、 前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤの末端側部分と基端側部分とで前記螺旋状に巻 回されたワイヤに結合される実質的に直線状の細長いワイヤ(34)と、 前記細長い内部チューブ(30)の前記末端側部分(32)に沿って同軸状に 設置された再捕集スリーブ(40)とを有して構成されていることを特徴とする ステント送り出し器具。 11. 請求項10記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記再捕集スリーブ(40)は、硬度的に柔らかく、複数の溝部が形成されて いるチューブから形成されることを特徴とするステント送り出し器具。 12. 請求項10記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記細長い内部チューブ(30)には、内側および外側があり、 前記内部チューブ(30)には、その内側において、あるいはその外側におい て、あるいはその内側および外側の両方において、少なくとも部分的に減摩材料 がコーティングされていることを特徴とするステント送り出し器具。 13. 請求項10記載のステント送り出し器具(20)において、 前記実質的に直線状の細長いワイヤ(34)は、前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイ ヤの内側に配置され、 前記ステント送り出し器具(20)が、横方向には柔軟性を有し、縦軸方向に は剛性を有することを特徴とするステント送り出し器具。 14. 放射方向に自己拡張可能なステント(10)を体内管部内の遠隔部にあ る治療部位で展開する方法において、 末端側部分と基端側部分とを有する螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤを有して構成さ れている細長い内部チューブ(30)と、末端側部分と基端側部分とを有し、前 記内部チューブ(30)の少なくとも一部分を移動可能に取り囲み、末端側部分 には少なくとも1つのサイドポート(54)が形成されている外側チューブ(5 0)と、前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤの末端側部分と基端側部分とで前記螺旋 状に巻回されたワイヤに結合される実質的に直線状の細長いワイヤ(34)とを 有して構成されるステント送り出し器具(20)を挿入する工程と、 前記外側チューブ(50)を基端側に移動することで、前記ステント(10) を部分的に展開する工程と、 前記内部チューブ(30)と前記外側チューブ(50)との間の環状空間を通 してラジオパク流体を注入し、少なくとも1つの前記サイドポート(54)を通 して前記ステント(10)が展開される領域内にラジオパク流体を流入させる工 程とを有することを特徴とするステント展開方法。 15. 請求項14記載のステント展開方法において、 前記実質的に直線状の細長いワイヤ(34)は、前記螺旋状に巻回されたワイ ヤの内側に配置され、 前記ステント送り出し器具(20)が、横方向には柔軟性を有し、縦軸方向に は剛性を有することを特徴とするステント展開方法。
