Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 透析機械内の透析流体の流量及び(又は)量を測定し及び(又は)監視 するために前記透析機械内に含まれるシステムであって、 透析器(3)に前記透析流体を供給しかつ透析器から前記透析流体をドレン等 に供給する定流量手段(4、5)であって、 各定流量手段が該手段の間に挟まれた絞り弁(6、7)と、ポンプ手段(10 、11)と、圧力センサ手段(8、9)とを含む前記定電流手段と、 各ポンプ手段(10、11)を通る実質的に一定な流量を生じるために各圧力 センサによって測定される圧力を実質的に一定に維持するように各ポンプ手段を 制御する手段と を含む前記システムであって、 透析器(3)の前及び後の透析流体流量を、前記圧力センサ(8、9)によっ て得られた圧力値によって、次の式(周知)に従って、計算する計算手段(20 、21、22、23、24)を特徴とし、 ここに、Pは絞り弁の一方の側の圧力であり、P0は絞り弁の他の側の背圧であ り、kは絞り弁に関する特性係数であり、Qは絞り弁を通る前記流体流量であり 、nは絞り弁に関する特性指数である、システム。 2. 請求の範囲第1項によるシステムであって、透析器の前及び(又は)後 の透析流量を測定し及び(又は)限外ろ過速度及び(又は)量を測定する測定手 段(16、17)を含む前記システムであって、前記測定手段(16、17)の 実際に測定した値を前記計算手段(20〜24)によって計算された対応する値 と比較する手段(24)を特徴とするシステム。 3. 請求の範囲第1項又は第2項によるシステムであって、各定流量手段( 4、5)の前記ポンプ手段(10、11)が前記絞り弁よりも透析器に近く位置 決めされることを特徴とするシステム。 4. 請求の範囲第2項又は第3項によるシステムであって、前記特性指数n が所定値に、例えば、2に近似されるシステム。 5. 請求の範囲第4項によるシステムであって、前記特性係数k及び(又は )前記背圧P0を校正する前記透析流体の流れ上の別置流量測定構成(16、1 7)を特徴とするシステム。 6. 請求の範囲第4項又は第5項によるシステムであって、温度に依存して 前記特性係数k及び(又は)前記背圧P0を補正する温度測定構成(13)を特 徴とするシステム。 7. 請求の範囲第4項又は第5項又は第6項によるシステムであって、前記 背圧P0が一定所定値に、例えば、大気圧に近似されることを特徴とするシステ ム。 8. 透析機械内の透析流体の流量及び(又は)量を測定し及び(又は)監視 する方法であって、 第1定電流手段によって透析器に前記透析流体を供給するステップと、 第2定流量手段によって透析器からドレン等に前記透析流体を供給するステッ プとであって、 各定流量手段が該手段間に挟まれた絞り弁と、ポンプ手段と、圧力センサとを 含む、前記供給するステップと、 各ポンプ手段を通る実質的に一定な流量を生じるために各圧力センサによって 測定される実質的に一定な圧力を維持するように各ポンプ手段を制御するステッ プと を含む前記方法であって、 透析器(3)の前及び後の透析流体流量を、前記圧力センサ(8、9)によっ て得られた圧力値によって、次の式(周知)に従って、計算することを特徴とし 、 ここに、Pは絞り弁の一方の側上の圧力であり、P0は絞り弁の他の側上の背圧 であり、kは絞り弁に関する特性係数であり、Qは絞り弁を通る前記流体流量で あり、nは絞り弁に関する特性指数である、方法。 9.請求の範囲第8項による方法であって、測定手段によって透析器の前及び (又 は)後の透析流量を測定し及び(又は)限外ろ過速度及び(又は)量を測定する ステップを含む前記方法であって、請求の実際に測定した値を対応する計算され た値と比較することを特徴とする方法。 10. 請求の範囲第9項による方法であって、 前記絞り弁と前記測定手段とを通して少なくとも2つの異なる大きな流量を供 給することと、 前記異なる流量における前記絞り弁上の圧力差を測定することと、 前記測定装置によって前記異なる流量における前記絞り弁を通る流量を測定す ることと、 前記特性係数kと前記背圧P0のような、前記式内の少なくとも2つのパラメ ータを計算することと によって前記式内のパラメータを校正することを特徴とする方法。 11. 請求の範囲第8項又は第9項又は第10項による方法であって、透析 流量に対する前記別置測定装置を援用して累積限外ろ過を計算しかつぞれぞれの 絞り弁を通る計算された流量を援用して前記累積限外ろ過を監視することを特徴 とする方法。
