Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.好ましくは10kHz〜10GHzの周波数範囲で未処理のワックスを低温 プラズマ処理して得るワックス。 2.請求項1に従うワックスの製造方法において、未処理のワックスが10kH z〜10GHzの周波数範囲で低温プラズマ処理されることを特徴とする方法。 3.プラズマ処理が13.56MHz〜2.45GHzの周波数範囲で行われる ことを特徴とする請求項2に従う方法。 4.プラズマ処理が変化する周波数で行われることを特徴とする請求項2に従う 方法。 5.プラズマ処理が種々の変化する高周波数で行われることを特徴とする請求項 2〜4のいずれか一項に従う方法。 6.未処理ワックスとしてパラフィン蝋、ポリオレフィン蝋、モンタン蝋及び他 の天然蝋が用いられることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に従う方法 。 7.プラズマ処理が不活性ガス、例えばヘリウム及び/又はアルゴンの供給下に 行われることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に従う方法。 8.プラズマ処理が反応ガス、例えば酸素及び/又は窒素の供給下に行われるこ とを特徴とする請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に従う方法。 9.プラズマ処理が順々に少なくとも1種の不活性ガスプラズマ及び少なくとも 1種の反応ガスプラズマ又は少なくとも1種の反応ガス混合プラズマ又は少なく とも1種の不活性ガスと少なくとも1種の反応ガスの供給下に行われることを特 徴とする請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に従う方法。 10.プラズマ処理が0.1ミリバール〜2ミリバール、好ましくは0.3ミリ バール〜1ミリバールのプロセス圧で行われることを特徴とする請求項2〜9の いずれか一項に従う方法。 11.プラズマ処理の持続が5秒〜800秒、好ましくは15秒〜600秒であ ることを特徴とする請求項2〜10のいずれか一項に従う方法。 12.未処理ワックスがプラズマ処理の間、動かされることを特徴とする請求項 2〜11のいずれか一項に従う方法。 13.前記ワックスが回転ドラム内で、好ましくは1分当たり4〜20回転で回 転させられることを特徴とする請求項12に従う方法。 14.材料の被覆及び/又は含浸のための分散体、エマルジョン及び溶液の製造 のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワックスを使用する法 。 15.エナメルからなる材料の被覆及び/又は含浸のために請求項2〜13のい ずれか一項に従い処理されたワックスを使用する法。 16.被覆ホットメルトとしての請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理され たワックスの使用法。 17.ポリマー添加剤としての請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理された ワックスの使用法。 18.(例えば染料濃縮のための)分散媒としての請求項2〜13のいずれか一 項に従い処理されたワックスの使用法。 19.化合物用相溶性媒介剤としての請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理 されたワックスの使用法。 20.エナメル接着剤としての請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理された ワックスの使用法。 21.界面活性剤としての請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワッ クスの使用法。 22.分離剤としての請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワックス の使用法。 23.滑り剤としての請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワックス の使用法。 24.被覆ホットメルトの製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処 理されたワックスを使用する法。 25.ポリマー添加剤の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理 されたワックスを使用する法。 26.分散媒の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワ ックスを使用する法。 27.化合物用相溶性媒介物の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従 い処理されたワックスを使用する法。 28.エナメル接着剤の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理 されたワックスを使用する法。 29.界面活性剤の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理され たワックスを使用する法。 30.分離剤の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワ ックスを使用する法。 31.滑り剤の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワ ックスを使用する法。 32.ラッカー分散体の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理 されたワックスを使用する法。 33.石鹸の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワッ クスを使用する法。 34.洗剤の製造のために請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワッ クスを使用する法。 35.ガラス繊維及び炭素繊維のための仕上げ剤の製造のために請求項2〜13 のいずれか一項に従い処理されたワックスを使用する法。
