Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.嵩高の補助的配位子遷移金属化合物を含む触媒及びモノマー供給原料組成物 を重合用上流反応区分に導入し、さらに重合のためにさらなる触媒を下流反応区 分に導入し、下流反応区分のピーク温度は上流区分の温度より少なくとも10℃高 く、各々が異なる重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する少なくとも5重量%のポリマ ーを含む、より大きなMwを有する画分のMwがより小さなMwを有する画分のMw より少なくとも50%大きい、少なくとも2つの画分を有する、少なくとも2.5 の 全体のMw/Mnを有するポリマーを回収することを含む、チーグラー・ナッタ重 合性結合を有する少なくとも2つのオレフィンのモノマー供給原料を単一反応器 で触媒重合するための連続方法。 2.嵩高の補助的配位子遷移金属化合物を含む触媒及びモノマー供給原料を重合 用初期反応区分に導入し、さらなる重合のためにさらに触媒を初期重合の下流反 応区分に導入することを含み、モノマー供給原料がその導入前に65℃より低い温 度を有し、触媒を重合のために初期区分に添加し、50℃より低い好ましくは30℃ より低い付随する温度上昇を有する5重量%未満のポリマーを生成する、チーグ ラー・ナッタ重合性結合を有する少なくとも2つのオレフィンのモノマー供給原 料を触媒重合するための連続方法。 3.下流の反応区分のピーク温度が上流区分における温度よりも少なくとも50℃ 高く,そして100 ℃より高い、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。 4.下流反応区分が上流区分におけるよりも少なくとも100 ℃高い温度に維持さ れる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 5.重合が、実質的な量の水素の添加をせずに、不活性希釈剤として30重量%未 満の供給原料組成物の存在下で少なくとも100 バール、好ましくは少なくとも50 0 バールで起こる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 6.50重量%未満、好ましくは30重量%未満の供給原料組成物を重合反応におい て消費する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 7.区分が、各区分内で実質的に逆混合された環境を与えるための、好ましくは オートクレーブ攪拌機シャフトに連結したそらせ板を有する、オートクレーブに おける分離部材の間の空間であり、付加的な供給原料気体がその空間に供給 される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 8.上流区分及び下流区分を実質的に付加的触媒を投入しない少なくとも1つの 区分により分離する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 9.供給原料が65℃より低い入口温度を有し、上流区分の前の付加的初期区分に おける供給原料中に触媒を添加し、5重量%、好ましくは2重量%未満の、初期 区分において50℃未満の付随する温度上昇を有する最終ポリマーを付加的区分に おいて製造する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 10.ポリマーが0.1 乃至100 のメルトインデックス及び3乃至12のMWDを有す る、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。
