Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ラジカル重合性モノマーから形成された、懸濁重合した、フィルムを形成 する、不粘着性の、溶剤及び水に不溶性の、プラスチックの、少なくとも1ミク ロンの直径を有するポリマー微小球。 2.(a)0〜95部の水溶性フィルムを形成するポリマー;及び(b)5〜100 部の、ラジカル重合性モノマーから形成された、不粘着性の、水及び溶剤に不溶 性のフィルムを形成する少なくとも1ミクロンの直径を有するポリマー微小球; を含んでなる水分散性フィルム又は繊維。 3.微小球が、 (a)重合して少なくとも10℃のTg、Tm又は軟化点を有するポリマーとなる ラジカル重合性モノマー、70〜100部; (b)成分(a)のモノマーと共重合可能な極性モノマー、0〜5部; (c)親水性化剤、0〜25部;及び (d)0.01〜10当量%の架橋剤; の重合反応生成物を含む、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のフィルムを 形成する不粘着性ポリマー微小球。 4.親水性化剤が、少なくとも2の重合度を有する少なくとも1種のラジカル 反応性オリゴマー又はポリマーを0〜15部含む、請求項2記載のフィルムを形 成する不粘着性のポリマー微小球。 5.ラジカル重合性モノマーが、ビニルエステル、アルキルアクリレート、ア ルキルメタクリレート、スチレン及び置換スチレン、環状アルキルアクリレート 及び環状アルキルメタクリレート、アリールアクリレート及びアリールメタクリ レート、又はこれらの混合物を含んでなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載 のフィルムを 形成する不粘着性のポリマー微小球。 6.95〜100部のラジカル重合性モノマー、0〜3部の極性モノマー及び 0〜2部のラジカル反応性親水性化剤を含んで成り、架橋剤が多官能性架橋剤で ある、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルムを形成する微小球。 7.97〜99.9部のラジカル重合性モノマー、0.1〜1.0部の極性モ ノマー及び0〜1.0部のラジカル反応性親水性化剤を含んで成り、多官能性架 橋剤が0.01〜5当量%のジオール、トリオール及びテトロールのアクリル酸 エステル又はメタクリル酸エステル;ポリマー多官能性(メト)アクリレート; ポリビニル系架橋剤;及び二官能性ウレタンアクリレート、並びにこれらの混合 物を含んでなる、請求項6記載のフィルムを形成する微小球。 8.水溶性ポリマーが、ポリビニルアルコール、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース 、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシレート化ポリビニルアセテート、 ポリ(メチルビニルエーテル−コ−無水マレイン酸)、アルギン酸誘導体、ポリ エチレンオキシド、ポリ(n−ビニルピロリドン)、ポリエチレングリコール、 及びポリアクリル酸、又はこれらの混合物を含んで成る、請求項2記載の水分散 性フィルム。 9.水溶性ポリマーが、79〜95%の加水分解度及び10,000〜200,000 の分 子量を有する加水分解したポリビニルアセテートのポリビニルアルコールポリマ ー又はコポリマーを含む請求項2又は8のいずれか1項に記載の水分散性フィル ム。 10.水溶性ポリマーがその中に架橋剤を更に含み、そして300ミクロン以 下の厚さを有し、且つ、0〜40重量%の充填剤を更に含む請求項17記載の水 分散性フィルム。 11.微小球が1〜20ミクロンの平均直径を有する請求項2又 は8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の水分散性フィルム。 12.微小球の10〜90%が1〜10ミクロンの直径を有し、及び微小球の 90〜10%が20〜300ミクロンの直径を有する、請求項2又は8〜10の いずれか1項に記載の水分散性フィルム。 13.水分散性フィルムの製造方法であって、 (a)連続水性相が水溶性フィルムを形成するポリマーを含み、且つ、油相又は 油中水滴相がラジカル開始剤、ラジカル重合性モノマー、架橋用モノマー及び任 意に極性モノマー、又は親水性化剤を含む水中油滴型エマルション又は水中油中 水滴型エマルションを形成する工程であって、油滴又は油中水滴が1ミクロン以 下の平均直径を有する工程; (b)ラジカル反応性モノマーを重合させ、水性相中に微小球の分散体を形成す る工程; (c)前記分散体を流延又は塗布し、フィルム状にする工程;次いで (d)乾燥させ、300ミクロン以下の厚さを有し、且つ、0〜45部の水溶性 のフィルムを形成するポリマー並びに5〜100部の不粘着性の水及び溶剤に不 溶性のフィルムを形成する少なくとも1ミクロンの直径を有するポリマー微小球 を含んでなる中実の水分散性フィルムを形成する工程; の各工程を含む方法。
