(57)【要約】 【課題】赤外線センサ４とセンサ窓６を簡単に的確に位
置決めする構造を提供する。それにより、指向性上の制
約ないしは商品価値低下の弊害を除く。 【解決手段】透光カバー１の上端開口周縁部に上方に行
くに従ってすぼまる形態の逆テーパー外周面２を形成す
る。また、器具本体３の外周部に前記逆テーパー外周面
２と密着する逆テーパー内周面５を形成する。以上の逆
テーパー外周面２・逆テーパー内周面５を密着させて透
光カバー１ないしはセンサ窓６の的確な位置決めをはか
る。それにより、赤外線センサ４とセンサ窓６を正確に
対応させる。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、器具本体を備え、
それを下側から覆う透光カバーを備え、前記器具本体に
配置された点灯制御用の赤外線センサを備え、該赤外線
センサと前記透光カバーのセンサ窓を合わせるようにし
た赤外線センサ付天井照明器具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】公知の赤外線センサ付天井照明器具は、
天井面に装着される器具本体を備える。前記器具本体を
下側から覆い上端開口周縁が該器具本体の外周部に着脱
自在に当接する透光カバーを備える。前記器具本体の中
央下方部に配置された点灯制御用の赤外線センサを備え
る。前記透光カバーの下部中央に前記赤外線センサと近
接し該赤外線センサの一部をカバー下方に突出させるセ
ンサ窓を設ける。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記従来の赤外線セン
サ付天井照明器具においては、器具本体に対する透光カ
バーの位置決めが精密でない。このため、赤外線センサ
とセンサ窓との対応関係が悪く、それが不自然にずれ過
ぎて赤外線センサの指向性に制約を与え、あるいは商品
価値を損なうことがある。本発明は、赤外線センサとセ
ンサ窓を簡単に的確に位置決めする構造を提案し、指向
性上の制約ないしは商品価値低下の弊害を除いたもので
ある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明においては、透光
カバーの上端開口周縁部に上方に行くに従ってすぼまる
形態の逆テーパー外周面を形成する。また、器具本体の
外周部に前記逆テーパー外周面と密着する逆テーパー内
周面を形成する。以上の逆テーパー外周面・逆テーパー
内周面を密着させて透光カバーないしはセンサ窓の的確
な位置決めをはかる。

【発明の実施の形態】図１を用いて、本発明の実施形態
について説明する。本発明に係る赤外線センサ付天井照
明器具は図外の天井面に水平に装着される器具本体３を
備える。器具本体３を下側から覆い上端開口周縁が該器
具本体３の外周部に着脱自在に当接する透光カバー１を
備える。器具本体３の中央下方部に配置された点灯制御
用の赤外線センサ４を備える。透光カバー１の下部中央
に赤外線センサ４と近接し該赤外線センサ４の一部４０
（赤外線受光体）をカバー下方に突出させるセンサ窓６
を設ける。以上のような赤外線センサ付天井照明器具は
一般的である。光源等の図示・説明は省略する。透光カ
バー１における上端開口周縁部に上方に行くに従ってす
ぼまる形態の逆テーパー外周面２を形成する。器具本体
３における外周部に逆テーパー外周面２と密着する逆テ
ーパー内周面５を形成する。組立後の状態では逆テーパ
ー外周面２・逆テーパー内周面５が密着し、そのように
して透光カバー１の位置決め、特にその水平方向に対す
る位置決めがなされる。その位置決めは的確であり、該
赤外線センサ４の一部４０（赤外線受光体）はセンサ窓
６中央に位置する。

【発明の効果】本発明は透光カバーにおける上端開口周
縁部に上方に行くに従ってすぼまる形態の逆テーパー外
周面と、器具本体における前記逆テーパー外周面と密着
する逆テーパー内周面とを利用して位置決め精度を高め
たものである。これによれば、赤外線センサとセンサ窓
との位置ずれを簡単に防止することができ、位置ずれに
よる指向性上制約ないしは商品価値低下の弊害を除くこ
とができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】天井面に装着される器具本体を備え、前記
    器具本体を下側から覆い上端開口周縁が該器具本体の外
    周部に着脱自在に当接する透光カバーを備え、前記器具
    本体の中央下方部に配置された点灯制御用の赤外線セン
    サを備え、前記透光カバーの下部中央に前記赤外線セン
    サと近接し該赤外線センサの一部をカバー下方に突出さ
    せるセンサ窓を設けた赤外線センサ付天井照明器具にお
    いて、 前記透光カバーにおける上端開口周縁部に上方に行くに
    従ってすぼまる形態の逆テーパー外周面を形成し、前記
    器具本体における外周部に前記逆テーパー外周面と密着
    する逆テーパー内周面を形成したことを特徴とする赤外
    線センサ付天井照明器具。
