Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 自分自身で寝返りがうてない手術後や、重症
患者が横臥した背中と敷布団の間に挿し入れ、当てが
い、熱苦しさや、疲労感を取り去る患者用寝返り背当て
枕を提供する。 【解決手段】 上斜面部が、人の胴体の脇から背中に向
けての曲線に近似したくさび状の弾性体（１）の内部
に、弾性体の形状に近似した芯部（２）を弾性体の上斜
面部に露出しないように設け、全体を弾性体の形状の空
間部を有する袋状のカバー（３）で覆い、弾性体を収納
する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、自分自身で寝返
りがうてない手術後や、重症患者が横臥した背中と敷布
団の間に挿し入れ、当てがい、熱苦しさや、疲労感を取
り去る患者用寝返り背当て枕に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来より、自分自身で寝返りがうてない
手術後や重症患者に寝返りをうたせるときは、背当て枕
として、寝具の枕や、折りたんだ布団や毛布、クッショ
ンなどを背中に当てがっていたが、熱苦しく、疲労が蓄
積され、また、当てがうための調整に手間取っていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】これは、次のような欠
点があった。 （イ）背中との接触面積が大きく、柔らかすぎるため身
体が沈み込み、四季を問わず大変熱苦しかった。 （ロ）熱苦しさのために熟睡できず、従って、疲労が蓄
積され、極度の苦痛が伴っていた。 （ハ）たたんで、背中に当てがうための調整に手間取っ
ていた。 本発明は、これらの欠点を解決するために発明されたも
のである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上斜面部が、人の胴体の
脇から背中に向けての曲線に近似した、くさび状の弾性
体（１）の内部に、弾性体の形状に近似した芯部（２）
を弾性体の上斜面部に露出しないように設ける。そし
て、全体を弾性体の形状の空間部を有する袋状のカバー
（３）で覆い、弾性体を収納する。本発明は、以上の構
成からなる患者用寝返り背当て枕である。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の第一の実施の形態
については、図１から図２を利用して説明する。図１に
示すように、体を乗せたときに、もとの形にもどろうと
する性質をもった素材の弾性体（１）は、上斜面部が人
の胴体の脇から背中に向けての曲線に近似した、くさび
状になっており、その内部の中心の部分に、金属など
の、形状の変わりにくい硬質な心材が、芯部（２）のよ
うに取り付けられている。この際、芯部は上斜面部に露
出しないように取り付けられている。そして、全体を弾
性体の形状の空間部を有する袋状の、吸湿性のある繊維
素材のカバー（３）で覆い、弾性体を収納し、取り外し
できるように取り付けられている。本発明は、以上の構
成からなっている。本発明を使用するときは、図２に示
すように、横臥した背中に上斜面部を当てがい、挿脱す
るようにし、患者が横向きで、かつ、体位が望ましい位
置となるようにする。また、汚れが付着した場合は、カ
バー（３）を取り外して洗濯を可能とする。なお、この
際、図２においては、本発明を２個使用しているが、患
者の容体や具合に合わせて数を選定し、使用するのが好
ましい。

【発明の効果】本発明を使用することによって、熱苦し
さによる不快感や、疲労感がないので、これまでの苦痛
を解決する。しかも、容易に挿脱でき、快適性と利便性
を得ることができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 上斜面部が、人の胴体の脇から背中に向
    けての曲線に近似した、くさび状の弾性体（１）の内部
    に、弾性体の形状に近似し、かつ、弾性体より小さい芯
    部（２）を弾性体の上斜面部に露出しないように設け、
    全体を弾性体の形状の空間部を有する袋状のカバー
    （３）で覆い、弾性体を収納した患者用寝返り背当て
    枕。
