Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少くとも3個の部材を、分離継目の溶接により結合して溶接結合を形成す る方法において、 相互に溶接され得る少くとも第1および第2部材が、これらの間の分離継目に 沿って、溶接ビードに基因する収縮の絶対寸法より大きい寸法の間隔を置いて定 置され、 これら両部材が、その分離継目の範囲において形成された凹窩を有し、この凹 窩が溶接収縮方向において両部材の対向両端面間において包囲され、 第3部材の当接端部がこの凹窩に差込まれ、 この差込み作業終了後に、第1および第2部材が溶接継目により結合されるこ とを特徴とする溶接結合形成方法。 2.中空円筒状容器本体と、この容器本体の周面に固定され、かつこの容器本 体周面に対してほぼ半径方向に延びる複数本のリブと、これらリブ全体の外周を 包囲閉鎖するスチール製外装体とから成る、使用済核燃料棒の輸送および/また は貯蔵用の容器を製造するための、請求項1の方法であって、 上記溶接結合の第3部材が各リブの頭部で構成され、 上記外装体が、容器本体の軸線に対して平行に、かつ両隣接リブ間の間隔にわ たって広がっている複数の帯状板体で構成され、 これら帯状板体の各2枚が、第1および第2部材として、リブ頭部と共に多重 当接結合体を構成し、かつ相互に溶接結合されることを特徴とする方法。 3.請求項1または2の方法により形成される、使用済核燃料棒(2)のため の輸送、貯蔵用容器(1)であって、 容器本体(3)から突出する各リブ(4)が、角度を成して延びる、ことに銅 製の異形材から成り、 各リブ(4)がボルト/ナット手段により容器本体(3)の周面に結合固定さ れ、 全リブ(4)のそれぞれの頭部(41)において、隣接する各2枚の帯状板体 (61、61′)が、溶接継目(62)により相互に結合され、 各リブ(4)の頭部(41)が、隣接する各2枚の帯状板体(61、61′) の凹窩(612、612′)における段部間において摩擦係合保持されているこ とを特徴とする容器。
